The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect. The cabin was perfect for our family.

We were a family of 6 and it was a bit tight. 4-5 would be very suitable for this accommodation.

The cottage was really cozy and very clean with good proximity to everything. There were lots of parking space and the staff were very friendly to help if we needed anything.

I wish there were a washer and dryer. Aside from that everything is good.

Right at the time we reach the reception, a deer welcomes us. Very nice surrounding environment. We love the wood structure of the cottage, especially fascinated by the dining corner. There's a booth seat with oven and coffee machine. I am a coffee lover and I was impressed by the freshly grounded coffee by the cottage. (I love the beans and I even got it from the Co-op supermarket). You can see the host is very thoughtful from all the details in the suite.

Wonderful cottage in beautiful setting. A bit cramped for 2 couples but workable for 2 nights. Small kitchen area but well equipped including bbq. Wi-fi was excellent; did not expect it to be available.

Great cabin, good beds. Liked that there was coffee, sugar, pepper, and items for cooking, although, we just had coffee and snacks there.

Our party of two families stayed in the two adjoining Cedar lodges and we thought it was absolutely wonderful. The lodges are well equipped, clean and comfortable and located in an idyllic spot amongst the trees. The children enjoyed sleeping up in the mezzanine bedrooms. WiFi is also available. Overall we thought it was a fantastic place to stay.

There is nothing not to like.

Weather was great. Cabin and location was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Kitchenette could use some changes - easier access for plug in for hot plate. Separate toaster would be nice.

Beautiful clean and well appointed cabin. Looked very rustic from outside but inside modern and clean. Loved the eating table with the tree trunk, upstairs bed novel idea.

Connecting door to neighbouring cabin could have a bit more soundproofing, we didn't hear next door, but they asked us to turn the TV down?

Great setting in the rain forest, though directly in the centre of Ucluelet. Perfect lovely, nicely decorated studios with all the essentials for cooking your own food. The studio was actually larger than it seemed in the website photos.

    Nothing!

The location is perfectly in the center of the town. The inn was a great alternative to a hotel or resort. Felt like a small home away from home. Very cute units and comfortable. The coffee was a great addition and even tasted good.

The units were on the small side but that is also what made them so cozy.

We stayed in the Elephant Cottage and loved the authentic rustic cabin. Towels were the best we have had, thick and luxurious with quality amenities also.

Cottage a bit uncomfortable with the bunks for second couple. Could manage a couple of nights but would be cramped for longer periods. Better suited for couples or with smaller children. Front office could be better presented as gave poor first impression but this was quickly changed when cabin viewed.
