The room was cozy & had every convenience! Very close to the Ocean, the Lighthouse & a Loop Trail through "old Forest & wild, rocky Shores!!! A FABULOUS sight!

We had too many stairs for MY old hip, LOL...But, would do it again!!! The internet was not really working--very slow, then would stop. All the more reason to GO OUT SIDE!!

The location was good with beautiful walks.

We had to change rooms and pay considerably more as the Rainforest room looks into the neighbours back yard and the room is very dark. You are provided with a basin to wash dishes in this is very inconvenient. A new house is being built next door which results in constant loud hammering, even at weekends. Please be aware that this area is covered in a thick mist and therefore viewing is very difficult most of the time.

Perfect Spot for relaxing. It was very, very quiet! Self check in/out without problems. Very nice interior.

Our suite was a little bit dark, only one window each room.

    We loved the self-check-in.....comfy bed...fireplace

No internet or cable...neighbours big dogs running free...doing what dogs do...(didn't come across as being too friendly) hence, we were very apprehensive going down to the waterfront..

closeness to Wild Pacific Trail and all amenities, quiet, beautifully built house, 50 meters from beach

we had the smallest room and it was great for us, all we did there was sleep though, don't go there if you also need to work (no desk and definitely NO Wifi, there is a router but it doesn't do any kind of job), we personally liked the no TV policy, but some people might either like a selection of newer and better movies and/or Wifi to watch Netflix

Location was amazing. The superior room was big and comfy. Nice bed.

the wifi didn't work for the 4 days we were there. No cleaning( no place to put garbage outside ) or changing of towels, though we were there for 4 days. Needs a place to hang your wet surfing clothes outside. A bit cold in the room.

    clean and comfortable

not to sure about the self check in would have been nice to see someone at some point. it was not much of a room, in comparison to the other rooms at the building, would not book it again and rather spend a bit more

Being close to the Wild Pacific Trail and having easy access from the guest house was great. Mary was very friendly and helpful when we had to call her for advice. The room was well laid out and we appreciated the many conveniences that were provided such as kettle, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, dishes, and internet.

We were very surprised to find out that there was no TV reception. You could only watch DVDs and the TV was located on top of a wardrobe that was too high for comfort. We were in a basement room that was roomy and clean but we found it quite cold, especially the floors. (We were there in February). We had a problem with the power supply. We blew a breaker when we had the TV, fireplace, and kettle going all at once but with Mary's help the problem was resolved quickly.

Beautiful location - relaxing in the heart of paradise. The proximity to the ocean was unbelievable. Falling asleep to the constant ring of the buoy in the bay, is something a west coaster like myself considers to be a lullaby. Truly magnificent and comfortable. I can't wait to go again.

Difficult to find the street! Which is understandable as it is in a newer subdivision. Better signage would have helped our journey which ended up around dusk.

The Rain Forrest Suite was large and well appointed. Bed was comfortable, and the room has a bar height table and chair set as well as a couple of easy chairs. There is also a desk and chair in an adjoining room. We got a good price on the room, as there was an internet special, so it was good value for the money.

Really, our only issue was with the set up regarding coffee making and dishes. Although a coffee maker, kettle and dishes were provided, they were in an armoire, with no electrical service. There really was no place to conveniently set up to make coffee or tea, or do dishes. The coffee maker JUST reached the plug if you placed it on the table, but the cord for the kettle was far too short. I found myself setting it up on a cooler we brought, or in the bathroom. Doing dishes was an adventure, as only one dishpan was provided, so to wash, rinse, and dry was a challenge. I have left no feedback for staff, as it is a self check-in and check-out suite. (It would have been nice to have staff to ask about the arrangement for kettle etc., or provide an extension cord.) As this was a relaxing getaway for us, we brought takeout to our room a few times, and would have expected a better solution to doing dishes.

Nice room upstairs, cozy with 2 chairs, queen bed, big tub, robes... The self check in was nice too!

Towel holder loose/coming out of the wall, and the view was looking at other houses.

The en-suite queen room we rented was a great value for the price. It was very clean and extremely comfortable. It was very helpful having a refrigerator and microwave. The location was quiet and very close to the Wild Coast Trail. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.
