This is my 2nd visit to Bosman's. We booked it for it's reasonable price, and cleanliness and its location. We did not book it for the friendliness of the staff. Some of the staff are reluctant to smile or extend a salutory greeting like Good evening or good morning or evening hello can I help you |

The help provided by the staff members both on arrival and at later times. The speed with which queries were answered. Single glazed windows on a very busy street. Dirty (and stained) carpet. Stained ceilings. General lack of facilities such as tea/coffee. Attached restaurant indicated all day service but was only open for breakfast and early lunch. Parking was primitive. |

I was early and room reddy. Abillity to store luggage after checking out No Pub. resurants limitieds hr cooks limitied abillity, long way to go for a cup off coffie, no printer to go with public conputer in lobby, long way to go for a bucket of ice. |

in the heart of downtown Vancouver; fair price, parking lot and easily to reach (taxi,airporter, your own car) the elevator and the heat. It was in wintertime and cold outside,but inside, and the room, was over heated. |

O que mais gostei foi a localização do hotel. Bem no centro de Vancouver. Você está perto de ótimas lojas, restaurantes, bares, pontos turísticos localizados no centro. Os funcionarios são muito educados. Tem free wireless. Eu investiria um pouco mais no conforto. Principalmete ar condicionado q não era muito bom e banheiro. |

Le personnel était très serviable. Le petit déjeuner bien qu'à coté de l'hôtel est très bon avec des serveurs des plus accueillant. Quelques appareils ne fonctionnaient pas (sèche cheveux, lampe, ...) |

Tarifs compétitif. Très bruyant. Un de deux ascenseurs a été hors d'usage durant les trois jours de mon séjour. La télécommande pour l'appareil télé ne fonctionnait pas. Le resto ouvre trop tard le matin. |

localizacao do hotel os funcionarios nao se motraram muito amigaveis para oferecer informacoes sobre a cidade. a limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. lencois furados, janela aberta no quarto, nao repunham shampoo e sabonetes. o servico nao eh o melhor ponto do hotel |
