The convenience of the location to other downtown amenities. My room could have been cleaner... There was old hair on my pillow and the sheets had old burn marks on them that were washed through. If you stay hear book a room at the front of the building as I'm sure it was quieter than where I was in the back by parking... |

Location In the middle of the night i woke up from a dripping sound. This was sewage water leaking from the ceiling onto the carpet. Besides that the room was verry smelly, the tv remote was broken and the carpet was soaking wet from (yet another) leakage near the window. |

Good location and convenient to everything. My room appeared clean and bathroom was clean, but the bedspread needed a good cleaning (had stains all over it). And while the carpet looked vacuumed it was dirty and stained. The hotel's definitely run-down. |

proximity to my appointments ~ interesting desk staff ~ easy walking to all of downtown, ergo; leave the car parked at hotel ~ i like that the hotel is not a big name chain ~ |

It was cleaned every day, complimentary toiletries, nice staff, spacious room for the price, desks in room. The location was great. The air conditioner didn't work great. The room was fairly warm. Also the AC made a lot of noises throughout the night and woke us up. The decor is a bit dated and worn. Just a few small improvements could go a long way - such as replacing burned carpet, or hanging a picture where one clearly used to be, but now there are only hooks! |

The hotel during the day was fine. The rate was excellent and it was reasonably clean and the staff were really nice. At night however, my room was in the back and some how the sound from every band in the city resonated in the alley until 2:00 am. Next time I would request a street side room. |

Very helpful staff. Great location for the price. Had all we needed for a short stay. The breakfast next door was good too...handy and economical. Room was a bit hot...we did not seem to be able to adjust the temperature. |

The room was very clean, location extremely convenient, free parking included, for downtown Vancouver in a great location with parking I found it amazing value. It looks like a 2 star hotel from outside, room I had and halls updated |

They messed up our reservation, and had us arriving two days later. So the only room available was without air conditioning, on one of the warmest days of the summer. They moved us the next day, to a room with badly working air conditioning. It made us miss the first room -- at least it had a fan. Overall, the hotel was in fairly dingy condition. |

Nothing, night receptionist was unhelpful, rooms were dirty, filthy bed with flees The room was dirty and there were flees in the bed. We left at 3 am in the night, the night manager as well as the normal manager were not very friendly. They did not even apologize for the filthy rooms and the fact that we were bitten by flees. |

It had parking with a coffee shop next door, (good coffee). In the center of the city, was close to everything. Could not here other guests from their rooms. Staff were slow in responding to concerns. A friendlier atmosphere needed. At peak times 2 front desk staff needed. |

The hotel is perfectly situated. It seemed to be save. It was okay for the amount of money we had to pay. The walls look just old and dirty. I don't know if there is blood or what it is. And therefore it was kind of disgusting. Room 333 |

It was close to everything that I needed in downtown and the room was very clean, plus the staff was really courteous and nice. Not to mention that the price was definitely right. The table in my room was falling apart, the tub and shower needed to be recaulked, and the room was dimly lit. |

I was allowed to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out 2 of 3 people I dealt with at the front desk did not seem to be "people" persons-they did their job efficiently and answered my questions adequately but they were not very friendly |

The location was pretty good, really in down town Vancouver The wireless internet didn't work in the room. Also our room had some loose tiles, a broken lamp and worst of all: the remote was tempered with so you could note change the channel or turn up the volume with it |

Location of hotel Wifi was very poor and only worked infrequently. A fridge in the room would be an asset. |

It has a very good central location. Good value for money considering location. Room was a good size. Rooms looked a bit tired. The walls were also thin so we could hear everything going on in the room next to us. No tea/coffee in room. |
