1) Outside Location 2) Continental breakfast was OK
1) First all there was no Exhaust FAN in bathroom. Which is WORST 2) Space to so crumbling (very less space)
Breakfast Clean room Heat lamp in bathroom Easy checkin/out Parking close by
location was a bit further from downtown
Easy to find, pool for kids
Rooms smelt a bit musty Noisy Breakfast room didnt open until 7am, too late for mist travellers
Price, easy access
Continental breakfast was a little sparse
Nothing in particular stands out.
The place does not smell clean. The carpets do not seem to be clean. The surrounding areas of the hotel location does not give a sense if security. The lighting outside is not bright enough to give sense of security.
I stayed in this hotel many times about 20 years ago when I was in business.
No styrofoam cups for coffee. Just plastic drinking cups. Had to use 2 just in case one melted, or one cup was too hot to hold.
Location was easy access to restaurants.
Small room. Staff gave our room to another family. They tried to get into our room. Not cool.
It was easy to find when we came onto kamloops, so we didn't waste time looking for it.
The rooms were so dirty that I was afraid to let me toddler go on the floor. There were hair shavings all over the bathroom. It looked like nothing had been cleaned in a while, except the linens. It was a horrible experience for us.
Had two double beds in a very small room. Hardly enough room to change your mind. The breakfast was toast or cereal. Smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The bathroom was very small.
The fella at front desk was great. The room was worth the money. I enjoyed the pool a lot. The front desk was very accommodating. I would go back for sure.
Bathroom was dirty with hair etc. Empty cans from previous guests under the bed with a collection of debris and dust. Our feet were black from walking on the carpet in bare feet. Yuck. Don't stop there.
towels could be upgraded.
The staff were pleasant and helpful.
Location - sandwiched in an industrial zone along very loud, busy Trans Canada highway with trains rolling by all night. The swimming pool is ok but the setting not nearly as nice as in photos. The breakfast was very basic; cold cereal, bagels, toast. No fruit, no meat, no egg nor hash browns. The breakfast room was not as nice as in the photos either. You get what you pay for and since we paid $89 for two adults, two kids we won't complain....but we wouldn't return here either due to the night traffic noise.
Full kitchenette, pool an continental breakfast.
A bit of traffic noise.
Close to where we needed to be
Our bathtub was so black I would not even go in it. Breakfast and front desk had a very odd smell to it. Parking was very bad. Pillows were horrible as well. No option for a wake up call. Bugs in our room as well.
Price and comfortable
The room had a funky smell..would have liked a hair blow dryer, but did not call office to see if they had one to use.
EASY CHECH IN ,STAFF VERY INFORMATIVE ,BREAKFAST KEPT UP
my kids enjoyed the pool
no hot tub and the pool was a cold
Usual Super8 rooms, clean & comfortable.
The breakfast was not up to usual standard, tables & worktop dirty, lack of food, asked to have more twice.
The beds were too soft
Beds were comfy Good bang for your buck
Rooms were small Bathroom could use some upgrading.
The TV was ok. The fridge was good. The bed was ok.
The railings on stairway were loose. Faucet in bathroom was loose. Flushing of toilet was very noisy. Hard to set proper temperature on air conditioner.
Cheap price, good service.
Lack of healthy breakfast options, location too close to active train
Breakfast could be a lot better
The location was ok. Room was large and had a kitchenette. Had a newer tv.
How to get to the location was not very clear. The room was tidy but not clean, the shower sprayed water everywhere and when I cleaned it up...the towel I used was black with dirt from the floor. Traffic noise was terrible in our corner room, like the walls were made of paper.
