we were looking for a cheap clean place to stay for an overnight connection at the airport. This hotel fits that bill - it's 2.5km away and has free shuttles. They run from 4:30am until 12:30 am both for pick-up at the airport and drop off. Don't use a cab unless you have to - it costs about $10 one way (without tip). |

Close to YVR. Shuttle bus to airport every 40 minutes, even pick up. It's just a resonable hotel close to airport, nothing else. But ok. |

yes. i booked a deluxe room with breakfast however we received a regular room and their was no breakfast included. I showed them the booking on the computer and they said that the manager would be in at 7:30 if i wanted to discuss it with him. I had a flight to caught that morning so i could not wait. The front desk just said. Nothing I can do. The web site is wrong. |

shuttle to the airport every 30 min., 10 min. walk to skytrain from the hotel, so a good alternative to more expensive downtown hotels. Good restaurant, reasonably priced. |

Hotel was nice, rooms were large and hotel seemed to have recently been renovated and new floorcoverings, linen etc. were of high standard. The desk staff, were not particularly helpful or friendly,when we placed a phone call from airport to hotel, at book in and when I asked for help to use their internet service, which cost me money but did not even get on line, also no chair to even sit at computer. |

The room had all the facilities needed for a short stay if you were to stay longer a mini fridge would be handy to have as ice buckets is not enough.Meals were great value for money,compliments to the chef as the meals we ordered were great. |

The pool, but not the limited hours, when it closes is too early, when it opens is rather late. The agent who checked me in was not in the least friendly or attentive. If you did not speak, neither would he. The agent who checked us out, however, was very friendly to our children and went out of his way to show friendliness. So it was a mixed bag. |
