What did I like doing! well, sleeping in comfort after a hectic tour of Alaska. The food menu was very good also. |

great location close to airport and the shuttle service was very convenient My bed was broken and tilted severely towards the right! There were also stains on the cover (looked like nailpolish). My sister's bed was fine though. |

Very clean and comfortable especially the price compared to others close to the airport. Very good shuttle service.... I had a very loud leaking toilet. The tv was confusing because you cannot channel surf. |

Convenience and cost! Speed of check in & departure; airport shuttle. Comvenience of beer & wine store... This waas an excellent choice for people in transit especially with late arrival 10:30 pm [from ypr] and early departure 05:30 am [from yvr] Would have liked eariler hours for coffee shop; but more importantly you really need to get a better brand of "in room" coffee |

Good value for money. My room was a basic room, but it was clean, had a/c, and any time I needed anything the staff were more than happy to help. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel that goes to downtown, very convenient if you do not feel like driving. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. |

They let me check in earlier than the official check in time. There was a cafe/restaurant right there beside the lobby. They had free shuttle service to the airport. The hotel room had a bad odor that didn't even go away after spraying it a few times with febreeze. |

Minutes to the airport, shuttle service Elevator not in service, we packed 6 pcs of luggage to the 3rd floor. Rooms were very small. Good for quick stay. |

This was one of my worst hotel stays in my expirience. The people in the room next to me were not that loud but i could hear every word. I was close to the elevator and could hear it every time it moved. I dont know if all the rooms are this poorly insulated for sound or not? I am a light sleeper so i usually turn the furnace fan on to drown out other noise. |

The hotel was quiet and very close to the airport (reason for booking it) free shuttle service was excellent. The hotel itself was lovely and quiet - however the main road was very noisy |

Good rate. Restaurant just beside the reception desk is large & comfortable enough. Bathroom is a little dirty. I found a small spider on the floor. |

That it was close to the airport. Quick check in. When we couldn't get on the shuttle bus to the airport due to passengers using the service that didn't come from the hotel. |
