朝早く空港に行かなくてはならなかったので、空港に近く、無料シャトルバスが利用できるこのホテルに宿泊を- 決めました。リッチモンドの散策をしたのですが、ホテルからいただいた地図はバンクーバーが主なもので、少- し不便を感じました。ホテル内は清潔で、お酒がホテル付属のリカーショップで夜でも買えたので助かりました- 。 |

夕食はホテルの周りのレストランを聞きましたが、ホテル内のレストランをすすめられて食べようとしましたが- 、レストラン内がロビーとつながっている為寒く（コートが無いとダメ）耐え切れず・・レストランで頼んだも- のを部屋に持って行って食べる始末。しかも自分で運んで・・・これでチップ払っても、自分で部屋に運ぶ・・- ・しょうがないか。。寒さに耐えられなかった自分が悪いと飲み込んで来ました。 |

Due to the Olymics, there is alot of road works around the area we stayed in, but outside our room it was noisy with pavement laying. It was positioned next to a large road which was a little scary to cross, also the only things close by were Starbucks, Burger King etc...no shops. |

The fact that breakfast was included was a big plus, especially as the price wasn't rediculously high for this extra. Staff were friendly, especially the shuttle drivers and the lady working in the restaurant. |

we were looking for a cheap clean place to stay for an overnight connection at the airport. This hotel fits that bill - it's 2.5km away and has free shuttles. They run from 4:30am until 12:30 am both for pick-up at the airport and drop off. Don't use a cab unless you have to - it costs about $10 one way (without tip). |

yes. i booked a deluxe room with breakfast however we received a regular room and their was no breakfast included. I showed them the booking on the computer and they said that the manager would be in at 7:30 if i wanted to discuss it with him. I had a flight to caught that morning so i could not wait. The front desk just said. Nothing I can do. The web site is wrong. |

Hotel was nice, rooms were large and hotel seemed to have recently been renovated and new floorcoverings, linen etc. were of high standard. The desk staff, were not particularly helpful or friendly,when we placed a phone call from airport to hotel, at book in and when I asked for help to use their internet service, which cost me money but did not even get on line, also no chair to even sit at computer. |
