Times Square Suites  

Very convenient and comfortable and secure.

Too much noise so had to wear earplugs. Blinds were thin so first light came in bedroom so had to cover my eyes with pillow. The wifi acted up the last 5 days...was bumped off internet/skype regularly so not really a solid place to stay when on business

Apartment style,our family could relax together in one place. It had a washer/dryer that we used.

The location, the 2 bedrooms & kitchen. The roof top balcony and safe parking.

The road noise, paying for parking was expensive.

Everything from location to cleanliness was great.

We asked for a quiet room but were given a room on a busy street. They provide earplugs

Location perfect for access to Stanley Park, grocery shops and restaurants. My one bedroom suite was spacious and bright. Roof-top BBQ area a delight. Staff always cheerful and friendly. Highly recommended.

We loved the Times Square Suites. From the awesome location to the helpful and friendly staff, it was all fabulous. The group of teenaged-girls thought that it was the best place they had ever stayed!

Location with lots of good restaraunts nearby. Nearby bus stop. Washer and dryer, fireplace, kitchen all great for a long visit.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a late check-in, and someone was there, as promised, to get us settled in with everything we may need. The rooms were spacious and clean and we had our very own kitchen, washer, fireplace, hdtv w/ dvd player and small balcony opening up to the city of Vancouver. There was also rooftop access with a great view of the city and options to bbq, during nicer weather. We were also able to attend the spa/gym just down the way, free of charge during our stay, as well as receiving discounts at the local grocery store. The location was great in downtown Vancouver, as it was near many great restaurants, as well as being walking distance to Stanley Park, the piers and very close to the Aquarium. Overall, we had an excellent stay and will look to the Times Square Suites our next Vancouver visit.

sound proof not so good since the hotel is at the block cross. Also the window blind very difficult to stop the light.

Large suite excellently situated in the best part of the city.

Staff very helpful and keen to accommodate our requests. We arrived early with a sick teenager and though the previous guests had not yet vacated the room, the staff were very helpful and offered assistance with seating, etc. once room vacated, they arranged for cleaning of room immediately so that we could check in.

Air conditioning in the bedroom was a little noisy.

Very convenient location. Could walk to downtown or take #5 bus. Large Safeway Supermarket opposite, Starbucks on Corner and lots of restaurants, coffee shops etc in the area. Close to Stanley Park. Taxi to Vancouver International Airport approx CAN$40. Unit was ready for us when we arrived off Alaska Cruise at 10:00 a.m.

A very nice hotel that is a "hidden gem". The bed and linens were comfortable and luxurious. Good location.

Love the convenient location and the kitchenette facilities. Free WiFi now available, which is great.

Staff were very friendly and efficient. The apartment had 2 bedrooms and a large living area and kitchen and was very well appointed. The Suites are convenient for shopping and also facilitate easy access to Stanley Park and the sea wall.

We had a most wonderful holiday in Vancouver helped by our good quality accommodation Times Square Suites. Good facilities in apartment although could do with updating dishwasher (rather noisy), but everything was very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and pleasant including maid service. Hotel in great location for all attractions, groceries, bikes and restaurants on your doorstep. Would recommend it to everyone.

The ONLY thing we did not like was the inability to keep the windows open due to the street noise.

The check in area is very 'dismal' and presents a poor 'face' to the facility

When I'm in Vancouver I'm staying at the Time Square Suites. The staff was more than helpful. The location was killer and unlike the other major hotels the TSS didn't charge an arm and a leg for parking. Do yourself a favor and break from the norm (major branded hotels) the Times Square Suites will not disappoint you.

There was ample space, more than just having a room which was really helpful. The staff were helpful and efficient. The location was good between Robson shops, English Bay and Stanley Park

The noise from traffic was not great, but that could be masked by the noisy but effective air con! We are ultra sensitive to noise and everything else good about the suites made up for this! After all Vancouvver is a city!
