Spacious, 2 BR with kitchen for the night before the ride. Good beds and fantastic location.
Very odd entry with elevator, office in basement adjacent to parking garage. Odd, but I guess it works.
The apartment is well located on Robson st in close proximity to Stanley park, the foreshore, the shops and restaurants and only a short walk to English bay. Its facilities are excellent with a good sized kitchen, and washing machine. Very hand for those quick washes that we need to do.
Probably the noise from traffic was the main downside. The apartment is on the corner of Robson and Denman sts which is busy. At night, especially weekends, the noise is disturbing at night-time when you are trying to sleep. They offerred ear plugs which I used and found very effective. There were more positives than negatives and I enjoyed the stay.
Everything about TSS is excellent. It has all the facilities you need and plenty of room in a great location
Cannot identify a single thing
Cozy apartments, 2 blocks from Stanley Park. Dozens of places to eat near by. Across street from grocery store. Nice people working there. Bicycle rental places numerous to explore the park for the day
Entrance in front of hotel is small and takes time to get access.
Huge suite easy access to Stanley park and downtown able to walk everywhere staff outstanding so helpful couldn't ask for anything else
Times Square Suites was a gem of a find for my one night stay in Vancouver. I was headed to a three day business meeting in Portand, immediately following a 7-day cruise ending in Vancouver, so it was incredibly convenient to have the ensuite laundry facilities. The suite was lovely, the staff were more than accommodating, and the location was perfect. I would love to come back for a pleasure trip to Vancouver, and would definitely stay at Times Square Suites again. Highly recommend!
Great service and attention to detail. Can't beat the location, we walked every day. Plenty to see and do. Staff was very friendly.
Great stay, nice surprise when we told them its our honeymoon trip.
Can not beat location - very centrally located. Super clean Can not go wrong with this hotel.
In a perfect location. You can walk to shops and restaurants or you can take one of the many bases that go by the hotel. Stanley Park is within walking distance. I absolutely loved the hotel and Vancouver
Location Provision of war plugs! Well equipped apartments.
Even though it's a good location for seeing vancouver, it is situated on a main road so very noisy with windows open. Not good for light sleepers!
great location wonderful layout of room nearby restaurants
The style was modern and airy, the equipment in the kitchen was great for cooking in, in suite washing facilities they even gave you the soap, the staff were really helpful on all accounts (taxi, bike hire options, shops for food, distances to and fro attractions etc), the bathroom was great, hot powerful shower and the bed was very comfortable, bedroom spacious with draws and hanging space. Could have happily lived it the appartment!
The refuge truck arrives early daily (6-7am) but they do provide ear plugs. You need to get up and explore anyway! Don't expect a big balcony it is only a step distance outside the lounge double doors...very minor points
Location, facilities, comfort, bed ..... In fact everything about the apartment was first class. The best value accomodation on our trip. Would recommend without hesitation
Location - close to Stanley Park, shops, restaurants, water Room size was large - good sized kitchen and sitting area Beds very comfortable Facilities very good Staff very helpful Barbeque area on roof great
Noise at night-time from traffic Light in the room at night-time
Clean well fitted out apartment, friendly helpful staff
The double glazing is not good enough as the traffic noise kept us awake and the constant beeping of the pedestrian crossing drove us mad! The other central Vancouver hotel we stayed was also on a busy road but we did not hear the traffic there!
The decor, staff, cleanliness
I liked everything!
Very good service. Brilliant suites loved it
Central position Roomy Atmosphere Helpful Staff
Still trying to find something, just anything, but can think of one thing.
The location was great and the suite was well laid out with everything you would need
The bed was quite hard
Room size Proximity to Stanly park The back rooms are quiet Roof BBQ area Kitchen size
Location on a busy road intersection of Denman and Robson.
The location is excellent!! Robson, Davies and Denman Streets are all right there as well as Stanley Park and English Bay Beach. The extra towels in the room were appreciated. The staff is caring and helpful. The roof top area is great but a bit small. Thank you for the early check in and leaving a birthday gift in the room for me. Everything was run efficiently.
The cost per night is more than we usually pay for a room but the location was well worth it. The cooling systems in the room were just average. Get a room facing away from the street - quieter.
Nice family run hotel - staff v friendly and helpful. Space in suites fantastic compared to hotel - loads of room to spread out which we needed travelling with a baby. They've also thought a lot about families staying in with lots of movie channels, take away recommendations etc. Denman St is a nice area with lots of 'local ' restaurants and an easy walk to Stanley park and the waterfront.
The decor in the suites is a bit dated generally esp the kitchen (although clean), in comparison to other similarly priced suites we stayed in around Vancouver. Slightly alarmed that there were ear plugs provided too! Outside the back of the hotel is v noisy in the morning with lorries emptying trash at 8am :( and deliveries to Starbucks starting early. We were up early so didn't bother us but there is no chance of a lie in!!
Lovely spacious rooms , Supermarket just across the road and other restaurants very close
Nothing, just wish we had arranged to stay longer
Nice to have a separate room to the bedroom with a sofa and tv and kitchen
Quite warm in the room at night and air con too loud to have on when asleep. Quite near the Stanley Park end of town, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, just be aware.
