The pool for kids, amazing breakfast and 5 of us could stay in 1 room.

I really like the set up of the room. Toilet separated to shower.

A non-smoking hotel was our first requirement. Thank you for that! Layout of our room: bedroom, two very comfortable queen beds with comforter and excellent pillows; separate toilet and shower rooms; office alcove with wireless; big selection of programs on a large TV; microwave and extra paper plates and plastic eating utensils. My young grandchildren were with me,while their parents had a king bed close by. They enjoyed using their computer and the TV, prior to and after the wedding we had come for. The children and their parents also made use of the jacuzzi and pool. We all enjoyed the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet. A very good hotel. Our stay with you made the weekend a complete success.

Great price and breakfast included was a bonus. We were two real estate reps there for an awards golf tournament at King Valley Golf Club. The full bath and two piece were perfect for two ladies getting ready in the morning.

Wonderfully designed rooms; very comfortable for relaxing. Nice to have separate toilet and shower facilities. Liked how the living room was combined with the bedroom also; good use of space! We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub for 2 of the 3 nights we were there! Given that it was a long weekend and there was a wedding party at the hotel, the restaurant staff did a wonderful job handling the crowds and making sure we enjoyed our breakfasts!

Our only complaint was the very poor water pressure and temperature of the shower...big disappointment! We had a king suite on the top floor of the hotel and the water in the shower was too cold and/or the water pressure kept changing. Disappointing in that regard, since we like our showers warm/hot, with good pressure!

We were assigned a disability room which we didn't require but the shower caused water all over the floor which made it dangerous for anyone to use the bathroom after that for fear of slipping and falling on the floor.

The contemporary and fresh decor, the facilities available eg swimming pool, gym and the size and detail in the rooms was very satisfying. It is about a 10 min drive to Canada's Wonderland which was the ultimate purpose of our stay. Breakfast was vast - something for everyone.

I can't really think of anything as the hotel is "top notch" in my opinion. The outside of the hotel does not do the inside justice but that only allows for customers having a pleasant surprise. I forgot to mention to reception that my 6 year old nephew managed to get himself locked in the shower room as the lock was rather stiff.

The hotel is clean and crisp. Nice rooms and lobby area. Staff friendly. Location to Canada's Wonderland and Vaughan Mills mall is convenient

Pool was very small. Layout of bathroom awkward. Lobby area vey small and tight. When we arrived there were several others waiting to check in.....area became very crowded very quickly.

Very comfortable, very close to being at home.

The kids felt the pool could have been a little bigger, especially when the hotel is sold out!

Staff were friendly, room was clean and modern. It was great to have a complimentary breakfast in the morning.

People was nice, the room was amazing and the Hotel was clean and the litlle breakfast was delicious on the morning! 10/10!!!

The staff were fantastic and the room was clean. The room was a great layout with enough space for a small family. The amenities were super and our kids loved going swimming.

The breakfast could have been a little better but it was certainly not terrible.

Beautiful hotel. Amazingly clean. Well decorated. Fantastic hot and cold breakfast included in your stay that has a wide variety of food items to choose from. Complimentary internet is brillant! I attended a wedding in Kleinburg and when I returned to the hotel, which was after 12:30 a.m., the bar was closed, it would have been nice to order something hot.

No room service. The prices are quite high for snack items in the mini store near the front desk. The plated dinner packages are outrageously expensive. Finally, it would be convenient to have the bar open until 1:00 a.m. for your night owl clientele.

The pool was lovely, breakfast was very nice, the design of the room was very comfortable and roomy. Close to Ikea suited our plans.

There was a glitch at check in. My on line booking included an error with my name, so the staff were uncertain of my reservation.

Nice rooms, large and spacious. Great setup. Breakfast buffet was nice as well. Great modern design and colours.

Camere molto belle, ottima colazione, ottimi servizi con palestra e piscina.

Tout était parfait. Le confort de la chambre, la propreté, etc. Le déjeuner était varié et très bon. Le personnel était courtois et disponible.

Malgré le fait qu'ils ont dû vider la piscine, celle-ci a été très rapidement remplie et chauffée. Piscine très petite pour la grandeur de l'établissement. Très occupée.

Großzügige Zimmer, Erreichbarkeit, angenehme Atmosphäre einschließlich des Frühstücksbereichs mit sehr gutem Angebot.

The continental breakfast was excellent.

Overall very nice stay. Staff were great.

Little bit disappointed in the breakfast. Would have liked to see some more fruit (fruit salad cups, applesauce cups) to choose from but other than that no complaints.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was good for a free buffet. The location is great for Wonderland.
