the staff was so nice. We bought wine and beer to the room it was expensive. The hotel was very nice and clean. The design was beautiful. Can we get a discount on our next room.

Did not change sheets ... Good trick .. Put a tissue at foot of bed. Did not move for 4 days!

Great location. New. Clean.

No restaurant. Difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature.

Very nice, brand new hotel at the best price around

Poor service ,coffee/exspresso machine did not work, bar was not open at 5pm, fire trucks where called we had to stay in the lobby and where late for our dinner party. Left early in the morning the elevator had vomit all over the push button panel and the carpet in the hallway was filthy.

I know it might be alot to ask but a small continental breakfast included would be nice.

The hotel did not receive our booking from bookings.com. We got the last room which had two large stains on the carpet, plate covers missing on outlet, dusty headboard...just not clean or what we expected for the price.

I am handi-cap they put me in your handi-cap room there was lots of space and the bathroom was a nice size and how you can walkin to the shower was great

Location was good as we were going to Canada's Wonderland the following day, only slightly difficult to find the entrance to.

We stayed only one overnight so it was hard to get a read on the services. Had asked for 2 double beds, got only one king. Not enough room for 2 adults and a child. Other child had to sleep on an air matress. Not at all what I had reserved.

Personally I thought the layout and style of the room was excellent, certainly the best on my recent stay in Canada. Everything looked as though it was meant to be there, be like that, look like that - basically it was designed and thought through rather than thrown together

Nothing, I was surprised by how good the hotel was

I loved the decor....the place is beautiful!! It's ultra modern and the staff are so friendly!! I loved the bar with its huge lounge area, with pool table as well!! The kids loved the weight room and the pool area...and we all loved the rooms!!

One thing that was a little challenging was that when you turn on the bathroom lights in the middle of the night, it lights up the whole room!! It would help if you separated the toilet and sick areas for lighting. Also, our room was clean, but we left at 8:30 am and returned at 4:00 pm and our room wasn't made up....first day there wasn't any coffe and te day day...no coffee again. Our room was made up very quickly the second day....other than that, our stay was great!!

I really loved the price, considering how new and modern Aloft is. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Especially loved the location, as our main reason for visiting Vaughan was to go to Canada's Wonderland...which was only 10 minutes away. Not to mention the massive mall directly across the road. Will definitely stay again :)

The only thing I didn't care for was the lack of privacy in the bathrooms. But I guess that's why they call it a "loft". Kind of wide open....best to stay in small numbers. Like no kids next time...lol

Perfect location for the activities we had planned - Wonderland, Shopping, Zoo Family friendly, clean and comfortable.

This motel is best described as comfortable, unique design, close to Wonderland, restaurants, & shopping is great (across street). I would stay here again on our next trip. wonderful service. Sylvie Laporte

Wonderful WOW! We so enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful at every turn. Comfortable beds, modern layout and very home like. We loved it so much that we are returning for a visit in a couple of weeks. Pool was lovely too. Thanks so much.

The only thing I can suggest for the room is something to heat up a baby's food in. We have a 10 month old and we needed to heat her bottle in the middle of the night. Thanks for considering on our return visit.

Very close to Canada's Wonderland.

We stayed for 2 nights, the first day we went to wonderland and when we arrived to the room it was great (floor plan and decor) and clean. With our children dirty and tired from a long day we just put them to bed. The next day we left the beds unmade and my child’s stuffed bear left some fur on the floor, when we returned that evening we noticed the fur still on the floor and hair (not ours) in the bed and unclean sheets, for the cost of the rooms we were unimpressed with the cleanliness of the room while we stayed.

Location is perfect for shooping and canadas wonderland is just couple minutes away

Very different and modern atmosphere!

Room was not ready when we checked in however, very comfortable waiting area so we relaxed there while we waited.

Heated pool was nice

There was no breakfast included in the room price,it was extra and overpriced. $10 per person for a small breakfast is overpriced
