1#The reception: the two ladies were lost and it took them 5 minutes to find the keys of our room. Also they couldn't speak either french or english. #2 The room: when we arrive the glasses had a hair on it and the toilet couldn't flush.
The location, cleanliness, comfort.
Wi-fi did not work, despite being said to be a feature for guests.
very clean, despite some comments, soap and shampoo were available polite and helpful staffs
1)no elevator. I was at 4th floorof the building. There was 30 stairs in a narrow way. 2) There was no hair drier. I had brought mine fortunately! 3) Very tiny bathroom 4) No slippers 5) Noisy fridge 6) Very small entrance
- close to the bus station, metro station - perfect location
- lot of homeless in that area
The staff is very helpful.
The shower space is way way too small - no room to turn around!
Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wakeup call, made manually by desk clerk, was on time.
No elevator. I was on 4th floor and had to walk up 3 flights. Wifi seemed to go off at 11 pm or so. Bathroom small but OK.

nothing fancy here, but it's enough if you don't plan to spend a lot of time in the room and aren't looking for luxury.
