“ The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our whole stay. We had a room on the first floor and surprised we had a door with direct access to the pool. (Too bad we didn't bring the kids.) Our room was clean and had a kitchenette with cooking utensils. The hotel is close to restaurants and shopping. ”

The pictures on bookings dot com should tell you that these are the rooms on the 2,3 and 4th floor because the rooms on the 1st floor are dumpy. Didn't like our first room for 129.00 the room was a dump but the next day the front desk lady switched us to the 3rd floor and advised us that next time ask for business floor.

Good location Expensive!!! AND after I got back home I realised why - we were overcharged. My reservation calls for $89 and yet the bill was $150 as we were charged rack rate

We only stayed at this hotel for only a few hours (arrived late and had to take an early flight the next morning) for a flight connection. The only front staff that was working at that time was extremely friendly and helpful. The 5:30 AM continental breakfast and courtesy shuttle to the airport were much appreciated. nothing

I liked: - the staff - the continental breakfast - the shuttle service - the clean bathroom - the tidy and clean room - the kitchenette - the large room - the location, near the airport, shopping, and ferries - it was quiet and relaxed

Location was close to Francis Winspear Centre, where I needed to be. Rooms were basic but comfortable. Kitchenette unit in room was useful. Although breakfast was continental, there was lots of choice. Having to pay a refundable deposit. Assigned parking for the motel was in a public parking lot. Room was ground floor on the edge of a gas station.

Conveniently located Advertises free parking and airport shuttle service. When we arrive are told we may not leave our vehicle for the 10 days required and the shuttle is not available 24 hours. As a result I cancelled our return booking at the hotel and parked our vehicle at the airport which will probably cost us approximately $150. Not happy.

Convenient location and very friendly, helpful staff. Website advertises that the shuttle service is free. However, fails to communicate that the shuttle service does NOT start to operate until 7 a.m. which is after the time many travellers would need transport to the airport. Website should be updated.

Our room was clean and had a kitchenette with cooking utensils. The hotel is close to restaurants and shopping. We were able to walk everywhere. It was great that they had free continental breakfast. The hotel overall is well-kept, clean and comfortable. This is not to say we didn't like it, but the hotel is showing its age.

The location is very close to Victoria International Airport. We chose this hotel based mainly on that criteria since we would be very late arriving. I have no complaints about this hotel. There was a microwave and mini fridge in the room. We never had the chance to use them because we were off early the next morning. They provided a typical light breakfast in the morning.
