The comfortable bed and the nice bathroom.
The dirty rugs. Other than that the room was very clean and comfortable.
Beds were very comfortable
the staff was really nice and we got a free continental breakfast. i also liked that i didnt have to give a credit card to make reservations from my phone.
The hotel room was actually cold at night, it felt like a draft was coming through our window. Winter months! it wasn't that bad at our stay before, but then we were located by the pool at that time.
The service at the reception desk was excellent and personnel was friendly in general. We liked the location and the use of a laudry facility. We appreciated having a restaurant on site, the ambiance was nice and the food really good.
We had no idea there was complimentary breakfast!! It was somewhat pricy for the size of the room and with no continental breakfast in comparison to other hotels we stayed at. The laundry facility was very busy and both appliances took a long time to wash and dry. Washer and dryer should be replaced with more efficient ones.
the number and quality of beds and the speed of the waterslide.
would like more breakfast tickets with the suite.
Text the front desk Food
The room we booked wasn't available, so we were upgraded to the Kendal suite.
No complaints! The hotel is undergoing renovations. Carpet is ripped up in the lobby. But this is temporary and understandable, and didn't bother us one bit.
The room had been updated and was clean.
Hotel was in the middle of construction on the main lobby and front of building was not well marked...there could have been a nice sign outside, like I have seen at other hotels we have been at that were doing the same thing. Waterslide only open certain times.
we are late 70's with asthma issues and our room was on the 3rd floor with no elavator. lobby was a mess and access was deplorable. construction in high season shows lack of any astute management. we booked for a few days...left after 1 night...also way overpriced
Clean room, comfortable Queen beds.
Was under renovation of front entrance, pool side view was loud till closing. Find another place to eat, very expensive menu.
Clean breakfast included with no restrictions location
wifi kept cutting off. The room had ajoining doors with no soundproofing so we could hear the other guests conversation word for word. We would have requested a change but they went to bed about the same time.
Our floor stinks really bad like cigarette smoke
very noisy slow service high prices for meals wasnt expecting more
Good location, easy to find. Sufficient parking available. Housekeeping kept rooms clean. Front desk staff were polite.
Air conditioning did not work entire 3 days we were there. We did get an oscillating fan to use ( no ceiling fan) and were able to open window. Guests stood outside smoking under our window. Noise outside at night from traffic, guests, planes. Carpet was stained, furniture fabric torn-needs updating.
Food was good Rooms were comfortable Kitchen staff were very friendly, especially Danielle
Check in and out was quick. Close to the highway and lots of parking.
This large hotel has rooms surrounding a pool-water park complex on 3 floors. The room we got was at the very farthest point from the entrance on the 3rd floor. There is only 1 small elevator near the main desk, thats it. The luggage cart wheels were low on air and that made pushing or pulling our heavy luggage very difficult on the long confusing journey to our room that much more difficult. The night we stayed, the whole hotel was filled with native families for what it seemed a party because we were kept up most of the night by screaming kids and yelling and swearing drunk parents. Not a good place to rest when you have been driving for 3 days with 3 more long days to go. I left that following morning more tired then when i got there.
the beds were comfortable. beds were made each day. staff helped when asked but were rude to my mother when she called to reach us. we stayed here because it is two blocks from my elderly mother's home.
the whole place was dirty. the carpets were unbelieveably flithy. no microwaves. noise all the day and night. kids running hallway early morning and late at night. heating /cooling did not work. - only had window to use for temperature. not enough towels. no replacement of coffee cups and coffee. pool and hot tub not clean. broken windows. elevator not working. we saw dirty drapers, underwear, garbage, loads of dishes and miscellous items in hallways. kids screaming and slammimg doors way pass 10 at night. could not use pool at any time because of number in pool (in their clothes). phone rang at all hours - wrong number. wi-fi too slow to use any time of day or night..had to go elsewhere for wi-fi. we will NEVER stay here again. too bad we have a large family out of town that could have been customers.
Breakfast for our group of seven plus a baby was excellent; service great; coffee hot and lots of it!
We were upgraded at no additional cost.

Beds are comfy, rooms with sofas are so convenient for a longer stay and the renovations are great.
Not having control of our heat, the renovated room had new thermostat system, others had old rad system with knobs that were very hard to adjust. Winter-wise, a steady temperature would be great.
The bed was very comfortable the staff was great.
The pillows suck. like sleeping on lumpy rock. They need better pillows. I also most went and bought my own from a local store.
The beds were comfortable, I slept well, which I don't usually do when staying in a Hotel. Also, it was nice to have a complimentary breakfast...just would've been nice to have used it. I booked two rooms as a Christmas gift for my son and his family which include 4 children so we could enjoy the pool and water slide, then end the evening with a movie, etc. Since I was from BC and on BC time, we were up late and all slept in past the time to use the breakfast vouchers.
Time limit on breakfast vouchers ...should be offered later on weekends, holidays. Or maybe an option of breakfast or 2 for one lunches.
Complementary breakfast Cleanliness of the room Life guards at the pool
Not enough water pressure in the shower
The staff were excellent. Very friendly, very accommodating and extremely helpful. Our room was comfortable and exactly what we wanted.
