This is downtown Winnipeg’s only all-suite hotel, situated right in the heart of the city, where you’ll find all the entertainment you want, all within walking distance.
Score from 142 reviews Very good
It's close to the airport but doesn't offer long term or short term parking, so it's useless to air travellers that need that. Will be staying down the street from now on every two weeks.
My room was spacious and clean. The shower had several shower heads coming from different angles in the room I was in. I had to leave early in the morning at 4:00 am to catch a flight so I didn't get a chance to try their breakfast. The free shuttle was prompt.
I can't think of anything. I was only there from 10:00 pm to 4:00 am between flights.
It was great...
The food was excellent also the service
The shower in our room, absolutely NO pressure. I am sure it will be fixed right after we leave.
Your staff are exceptional. They were prepared for any question and always with a smile.
I had a funny little problem. There was a lamp in the room that I could plug into. But the lamp didn't have a light bulb so I wasn't sure if it worked. As I had to charge up my BlackBerry, and it was late at night, I didn't want to take the chance that the outlets didn't work. So I had to climb under the desk and plug in my phone there. I didn't want to wake up with a dead phone. Perhaps a sign could be put on the lamp or a bulb in it so one could be confident that it would charge anything plugged into it. Minor. All else was good
Restaurant was great. Nice staff. Comfy bed. Very roomy.
Bathroom was really small. Laminate flooring is good in theory but doesnt absorb sound. Shower sucked, prefer a tub, very small in there. Could here EVERY singlr thing that was going on in hallway. Partiers were very loud.
The location was very good
Everything except the location was very very bad. It was my first time to see a fridge and coffee maker kept in the washroom, it was so gross and i couldn't even stay at the hotel for the 4 days i booked for
Well the bed was not up to my comfort level & pillows were just too fluffy for me but other than that I loved my stay & will stay again.
The first room they put us in had a terrible odor, so we requested another, which was ok. We had this same problem last year as our room smelled of urine. All they did then was spray room deodorizer which was a joke. Thankfully, we had no trouble with noisy neighbors this year.
I liked the location and the pool. The Internet was fast and reliable.
I did not like the lack of supervision in the pool. I was there with my children but some of the other kids were not supervised by their parents which made for a dangerous situation. I also found candy wrappers in the pool and food on the floor surrounding the pool.
Strong smell of chlorine in the room, bed was worn out and squeaky, and the metal bars that come across the bed frame were too big for the bed and sticking out and my partner kept hitting her shin on them. When I let the front desk agent know he just gave me the Ohh Kay look and didn't even do an apology for the hotel or say they would do anything.
Air conditioner/heater was noisy in 183. Unit is behind the drapes which go to the floor. Did not want to leave drapes open at night.
Pool for kids & exercise room
Can hear everything through walls
The proximity to the airport and the efficient shuttle service. I would recommend the hotel for air travel only.
I was unable to connect to my wifi service.
Friendliness, comfort and prompt service.
Staff was friendly, good location. Fridge in the room was handy.
Rooms ventilation system is terrible, always felt musty in our room. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Advised hotel staff, had air conditioning looked at 2x, but didn't help with humidity. Laundry facility consists of 2 washers and 2 dryers, was in use most of the time.
This is a big, typical modern hotel. Nice, clean, modern. Close to the airport but no sound of airplanes. The best is the pool. It's dinosaur themed with a waterslide. It's not deep and safe. The waterslide is not too intense and safe for all kids.

The parking and how we still came to a dirty room was the only complaint I had but they fixed the dirty room up asap when I called down.....thank u!
Room smelled like smoke, Rooms were really expensive !!
Great Customer Service!
shower tub were plugged.. water stays on tub while showering
We were told we could park our car and leave it their while away.when we arrived told we could not cause of construction.could of called us and let us know.very poor communication
My sister & I stayed here on Sept 1/14 after spending the weekend @ a family reunion in Moosehorn Man - from the time we checked in until we checked out our stay was absolutely enjoyable - the front desk staff @ both check in & checkout were fantastic & very helpful - room was clean & very comfortable - would highly recommend this hotel - Thank you for a most enjoyable stay
The staff was friendly and check-in was quick. The beds were comfortable.
It was very noisy at night - we could hear everything that was going on in the hall. The pool area was over crowded and wild. We didn't allow our children to use the big water slide due to unsafe behavior taking place on it. The pool area was also very dirty. My son dropped his towel on the pool deck and it was filthy afterwards.
