Everything. It was our first trip and we loved it. Pefect location to enjoy all that Victoria has to offer. We upgraded to a two bedroom full harbor view. View of the Parliament builiding is spectacular at night. We will be back!

The room we stayed in was very spacious which we weren't expecting and the location was perfect as it was close to everything. Also, the fact that parking and breakfast were free was a bonus. The wifi was not working properly.

Its location even though it was a bit hard to find and we drove past it three times before we realised where it was. The free parking was great. I liked also that even though we had booked two rooms we were offered a suite so we could stay all together as a family. The guy at reception actually gave us the keys to two rooms and let us choose - how's that for service!!! I didn't like that on the breakfast table we were presented with a slip that said we had complimentary breakfast but that no gratuities were included - ie give us a tip but I guess this is strange coming from Europe but perfectly acceptable in US/Canada?

The room is huge, it is an apartment with a complete kitchen. The mattress are very comfortable. The only thing that is not clear on the site is that If you take an apartment with only one bedroom, only a little child can sleep on the sofa. Maybe they can put an extra bed in the living room. In our case, they were very kind offering to open the second room for our teenager.Then it was completely comfortable, with two restrooms, 3 tv sets, dvd player, much more than we can use for 2 nights. The breakfast could be a little better. The coffee seems to be only water for those who like a very strong coffee, and I did't see hot chocolate to drink instead. Of course it is only a detail, but the view of our apartment was not nice at all, as we had an ugly bridge quite in front of us. We were on the right side of the building. The opposite side must have a very nice view of Victoria.

We enjoyed the beautiful two bedroom suite overlooking the bay. The continental breakfast was excellent too!! Only complaint was that one waitress attending tables during the continental breakfast was not friendly.

The suite we were upgraded to was quite luxurious. The location for shopping in Victoria was excellent - near Chinatown and other shopping areas. It was still a reasonable walk to teh main tourist attractions.

Space, the suite was excellent. The entrance was under construction and we had to enter the hotel via the underground car park which was wet, damp and did not seem very safe. The 1st evening we were allowed to use the main door but when we checked out 3 days later we had to leave via the under ground car park. No mention was ever made during the booking process that construction work would be going on.

所处地段进出很方便，2个卧室里面都有两张很大的双人床，每张床睡两个人一点都不挤，卧室里都有卫生间。客- 厅有个很大的阳台，可以看海景，也可以看夕阳，非常漂亮。公寓的B1也有停车场。我们全家都非常喜欢这家酒- 店。
