Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Prepayment
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

The room was cleaned everyday and was quite homely and very quiet so it was easy to relax in. i think the laundry service should be free as we were paying quite alot. During our stay we only saw one member of staff one time, i would have liked them to have been there more frequently. |

The room was very clean and was fully stocked with everything we needed.The hotel was quiet and very close to shopping and the sights we were interested in seeing. My only complaint was the stand alone air conditioner in our room. It worked fine and kept our room cool but was very loud and made it hard to sleep with it running. I shut it off to get some sleep. |

Convenience. Minimal interference. Cute and well decorated. Safe. Parking availability. I would like to have more Toronto tourist information available. Not all patrons were gay yet that was the only literature available. The aircon was necessary but the mobile unit was bulky and took up space. |

The location. It was right in the heart of the city. We were assigned a room at the third floor and had to carry our luggage up ourselves. I had three teeners and a senior citizen with me so it was a little challenging. |

The location is good. Close to Bloor, where the main fashion stores are, close to Yonge/Dundas Square. it is an old building. it creaks all time. The parking lot is too small and too expensive. |

The place is central too shopping,within a 15 min walking distance.Also close too good places too eat and lively gay community of Church St.I also found it too be very clean and homey and comfortable.My room was 10 on the first floor..a bit tiny but perfect for a solo person and on a very quiet street.Also parking right out your back door! Outside window too the street,screen was ripped and window frame bent .I let them know and the lady in charge made sure my window was working and locked..the bathroom tap was broken. |

Very cute rooms in a good location, close to a market, 3 minutes walking to the Subway and 30-45 minuts from downtown. Room was hot and air condition pretty lound. |

La situation géographique, le côté "cosy" de l'endroit, la propreté, le calme de la rue, l'accueil du personnel Pas de sèche cheveux, la chambre était petite pour le prix tout comme la salle de bain, le check out à 11h trop tôt ! |

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und das Bemühen, mir einenn angenehmen Aufenthalt zu gestalten. Die zentrale und zugleich ruhige Lage des Hotels sowie der supergut funktionierende wlan-Internetzugang. Die unzureichende Klimatisierung. Es war zwar eine mobile Klimaanlage vorhanden, deren Effektivität ging aber kaum über die eines Ventilators hinaus. Das Zimmer grundsätzlich abzukühlen war also nicht möglich und die Grundtemperatur bei knapp 30 Grad. |
