Proximity to theatres and museums, etc. The Reception area is a bit grim and the staff, while friendly,seem to be too busy. |

The hotel is very close to King station, pretty close to the financial district and downtown. The rooms are small buy for a city trip they are ok and clean.The value/price, mainly because of its locations, is a very good option. The first guy we talk to was not very friendly. The elevator was not very clean. |

good location right downtown, the staff was courteous and freindly, I didn't try the restaurant downstairs but it looked good, and handy. Room was tidy and well charming, well put together room was real small, which was ok for me solo, and the walls are a bit thin, not much noise insulation. no view, but I wasn't looking for one |

good value for money especially in deluxe room. the rooms overlooking Yonge St are bigger and have fridge. Internet is free so that is cool |

Cleanliness, convenient location (dowtown, close to Union Station), good choice of dishes for breakfast Room was very noisy, due to traffic in the street (and adjacent streets) until late in the evening. |

Location is very good for access to the city. Airline had lost are bags and told us they would send them to hotel. I checked in with reception many times to see if they had arrived over our 1st 48hrs but had been told no. After 2nd day I was told they had arrived the day before - staff had never bothered to check any time I asked. Was very annoying. |

The location was excellent. I have been wanting to visit theHockey Hall of Fame for years, and the location couldn't have been more convenient. You need to upgrade the carpet in Room 702 |

Great Location. Close to shopping, great restaurants, Hockey Hall of Fame, the lake. Not far from the convention center. It was noisy, not sure if it was the elevator or the subway. |
