I travel across Canada for business and would highly recommend that anybody looking for a great place to stay..whether it's for business or a family vacation..this is the place to stay! Spacious rooms and suites ngreat food,fantastic location and awesome views! No elevators at this hotel but the staff was very helpful carrying our luggage to our room

It had a swimming pool for our grandson. The room was spacious and clean. It had a kitchenette. It was in a good location next to a park and close to the water. Parking was good.

We appreciated the staff at the front desk. She was very helpful. The rate was good and we were able to bring our dog. Originally we had booked a standard king, but it was on the opposite side of the building than what we wanted. The staff person helped us out and suggested a room on the bottom with easy access. She changed our reservation and didn't charge us any more for the room. Our room was very well located on the bottom floor (room 113) and very convenient for us and our dog. The room was quiet and the hotel not far from city centre. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was quite spacious with good size counter top, drawers and cupboards. We liked having a fridge in the room. We would stay here again.

Free parking and high speed in-room wi-fi. Provides free shuttle to downtown as it says but we did not take it. Checked in at around 10:30pm and got a double room instead of a king bed as reserved. Was told that was the last room left. Forgot to pack toothpaste, called front desk. The lady was nice but provided one expired a year ago.

Good value for the price. Only about 5 minute drive to downtown Victoria. Dog friendly. We booked 2 rooms. 1 had a terrible odour, The restaurant was sad. It was old and run down. Probably the worst breakfast we have ever had. My Mother ordered French Toast and sausage. She said it inedible - we gave it to the dog. Service was slow.. I would recommend going to Tim's down the street.
