Friendly, accommodating staff and a clean well equipped room. Couldn't have asked for more.
This hotel would be not good for people who are sensitive to pet. All rooms allowed pet, my husband did not get a sleep due to smell.
Certainly a good value for the budget. It was a fair size room. It was close to downtown.
No elevator and when you're on the third floor. Bed was uncomfortable and it felt old. With a pub inside the hotel building, the parking lot had to be shared with hotel guests and people going to the pub. Either someone made a mistake the other time I stayed, but this time the cupboards in the kitchenette were locked
Location good for the event we were attending on outskirts of town Good onsite restaurant Well appointed kitchen area
We liked the kitchen, the shower and the big tv. Also the free parking.
Without a car, the city center would be a bit far away.
Quiet area and building, very clean unit, comfortable bed, constant hot water, comprehensive kitchen appliances and utensils.
No issues at all.
Very clean bathroom...I usually don't feel I'd sit in the bath. Even the grout was clean...a rarity in my experienced - and important.
Really, no complaints. We had a Junior Suite, with 2 bed and armchair. We would have preferred 1 bed and an extra armchair or sofa, rather than the two beds, but for a family group, this is obviously better...
The room had everything I needed, including a decent-sized fridge and a safe.
Convenient to the downtown core and close to the Galloping Goose Trail.
Convenient & complete kitchenette, very clean room and bathroom. All things we look for, for a practical stay in Victoria. Friendly, helpful staff and great price! Free parking, convenient drive to downtown, hospitals, entertainment venues, and shopping.
Spacious room, good value for $$$
The plates in the kitchen was clean however I saw some tiny stains on it
I liked the proximity to the Galloping Goose trail. I liked having a fridge in the room. The rate was the best in town.
No hot tub. no microwave no continental breakfast
the room being a junior suite was good size, loved the kitchen (full size fridge & stove), it was a quiet building, parking was good
unless you went through the lobby, as the lady at check-in said there were a lot of stairs to get to the 3 floor.
Smelled a little funny, not too bad tho
Easy access from Gorge Road
Not enough parking on Saturday evening
everything was great
Great location. Good rooms. Great shower. Convenient kitchenette. Great WiFi.
The second couch-bed was in unpossible conditions! Sleeping on the floor would have been even better!
Food in the restaurant was good and very helpful waitress. Close to busstop (about 15 min from parlement). Had entertainment in the bar on Saturday night and on Sunday afternoon had jam session which was unbelievable. Staff was super helpful. Highly recommended. Price was very good.
Room was clean and very comfortable
Parking was on main floor and no elevator to 3rd floor room, long outside hallway, you must be in good shape to reach your room.
I love staying at this Travelodge. The rooms have always been very clean and the staff have always tried to accommodate any special requests, like checking in early. The location has a lovely view of the downtown city lights and there is a dog park across the street - a great place to bring the little dog.
When we arrived, the front-desk attendant was helping another customer reschedule a booking and rather than letting us know that there were over 4 bookings yet to be altered and "this will take at least 10 minutes, please relax, come back in 10 - 15...", we were left to stand there for over 10 minutes until we figured this out for ourselves.
Staff was very polite & helpful.
Not a family environment in the evening.
This is a fancy hotel, the service is good, we stayed there for 2 nights, the room was cleaned and comfortable.
The kitchen and dinning place is too small
Quality of beds Friendly and very helpful staff Reasonable kitchen facilities Free parking
Nothing of note
easy to find good parking nice room wifi worked well coffee maker comfortable beds clean not too far from city centre Victoria is well worth visiting and the hotel was a good base to work from. fair value for money!!
no breakfast included. can be bought in hotel but extra no kettle
