The location was great because the Inn was located very close to Clifton Hill, as well as all the restaurants and entertainment.

I asked for two room keys and it turned out that out of all the spare keys that the Inn had, only one of them actually opened the room door. The door locks should be updated to a key-card system rather than using actual keys. There should be a phone in the room.

It was very centrally located, right in the middle of down town Niagara and quite close to the falls.

Not worth the money! It was a really poorly kept hotel, no shower head on the shower, just a jet stream of water pelleting down (very noisy even into the room). Beds were hard with unforgiving mattresses (no fitted sheet just a flat sheet draped over bed). The rooms are exceedingly small. The air conditioner was very nosy at night and the air that came out of it was really harsh - its very close to one of the beds which makes the person in that bed freeze while anyone sleeping in the bed further away barely cools down. The front desk staff was not very friendly and seemed to be bothered when asked for things such as directions or spare towels. Some crazy or drunk people came by in the middle of the night and banged repeatedly on our window and door (and this happened to at least three other rooms that night too). Overall this hotel is way over priced for what you get.

Seems a bit tacky to have to pay for parking when you're staying at the place.

We were able to check in early as we had just checked out of another motel. The staff were just cleaning the bathroom and we just sat on the bed waiting for them to finish. We found the staff to be friendly and we would stay at that hotel again.

My friends and I were looking for a clean, comfortable, budget-friendly place to sleep while in Niagara Falls. We got exactly what we wanted! The Victoria Motor Inn had friendly staff, clean rooms (ours had new furniture), surprisingly very comfortable beds and was located in a prime location. We found a fantastic deal on booking.com that made it all worth the while. I will definitely stay there again!

My only complaint was housekeeping opening our door randomly in the morning before check-out. A knock first would have been appreciated. This has happened many times before at other higher end hotels, so I can overlook it.

The staff. They were so nice and friendly.

Everything. It wasn't clean, towels were old, shower was broken, only one channel, sheets were stained and ripped, furniture was too old, there we're giant bugs in the room. We were not pleased at all. Sorry.

Excellent value; owners and staff fantastic ;Inn is older but the owners have done a great job updating. Impressed with the cleanliness, and no odour upon opening the room door. Great location. Will definately return.

I really liked the fact that it was a very short distance from the casino and Clifton Hill. The room was very clean and felt like a comfortable place to sleep. I also liked the fact they let me park my car in the parking lot even after I had checked out. I would definitely stay here again.

It is centrally located and the Flash Deal price was right.

The Internet connection was poor. There was no fridge, phone or coffee maker in the room.

Nous avons passé chez Hotel Victoria Motor Inn pour deux nuits et tres superbe proche centre ville Clifton Hill , chute de Niagara Falls, Water Park et Casinos touts ..... marcher les pieds pas besoin de voiture. Maisau petit dejeuner n'est pas inclus prix. Trés excellent au petit dejeuner.

C'est complètement vétuste, tout est à rénover, il devait y avoir une piscine chauffée, mais la piscine est en béton datant des années 60, elle est au milieu du stationnement et n'a pas d'eau probablement quelle ne fonctionne plus depuis des années. On a réservé trois nuits mais on a du partir après une nuit mais la dame ne pouvait pas nous rembourser parce que nous avions réservé avec vous. Il est certain que nous ne recommandons à personne cet hotel de plus nous voulons aviser le CAA puisqu'il la recommande.

Central location. Very clean. The attached restaurant served fantastic breakfast at a very reasonable price.

As our stay was on new years eve, the rate was very high but so were all the other hotels. It was all comparable.

ロケーションがかなり良かった。歩いて3分ぐらいでClifton Hillに着くし、大通りのVictoria Ave.沿いなので夜間も安心して歩ける。 Check-in時間より早く到着したが、Check-inをしてくれて助かった。 その際のおばちゃんが、昔ナイアガラに住んでいた時に御近所さんだったらしく、レストランのクーポン券とか- くれてフレンドリーだった。

Hotelかな？と思ったらMotelだった。エレベーターがないので荷物を持って上の階に上がるのが大変- だった。
