    Location worked for us.

May be too far from town for others.

They greeted us by first name on checkout despite being full. Our cabin was facing freeway but contrary to expectations we were not bothered by freeway noise.

Our cabin was extremely well equipped and clean and surrounded by trees.

The trucks heading up the hill during the night. But we got used to it and slept quite well after the first night.

All of the above, and Andy and Lisa are excellent, caring hosts.

    It was clean.

The resort is located beside the Trans Canada Highway as well as railway tracks. It was very noisy due to traffic and trains going all night.

It was spotless and so cozy! The owners/managers were accommodating, very friendly and always willing to assist with any inquiry. I would absolutely stay there again knowing what I do.

no fire wood! could use better directions on-line

We had the 2 cabins facing the road, they were spotlessly clean, best made beds I have seen in a long time. They had all one could need for a great stay, lovely location and well cared for by the owners. We were a little concerned about noise levels due to a lot if RV,s in & road noise, but there was none.

Found it clean and well equipped.

Not as illustrated, the cottages were right on a busy highway, a train running alongside the highway, no view, very noisy and very, very difficult to enter and leave the cottages because of the busy highway. We were worried for our safety.

There was a misunderstanding because of We have 2 small children and stated so when booking the hotel, but that did not show up anywhere for The Viewpoint to see...or on my confirmation e-mail.

Friendliest staff I have ever dealt with. Clean and perfect rooms.

Mattress was a little older and hard.

The staff was great and it was super clean. The kitchen had everything you need. Air conditioning superb and easy to adjust. Good value.

The location of this place is not the best for walking or getting to town easily. It is right on the Trans Canada and traffic is busy. From Salmon Arm to the RV park it is a bit tricky to cross the highway to drive in. You hear the traffic outside but not inside the cabins. It is about 10 km out of town of Salmon Arm on the Kamloops side.

Cabin was very good, if we had been walkers it would have been ideal but for us being 11k from town, not good
