The location was great by day but way noisy at night ( until 2:00 or 3:00 am)
check-in which involved going to 2 locations miles from room and took 50 minutes the street noise when I had asked for a quiet room,no housekeeping or cleaning supplies for me to scrub the tub I relayed the above to Amy Brant at check out who was going to get back to me. I have heard nothing
Location is great in the center. Yes it is a bit noisy but thats what you can expect when you book in the center. The apartment was well equipped in terms of appliances.
The lift seems like a deathtrap, the overall state of the bathroom is really very dated and desperately needs refurbishment. Ie drain blocked up, sink cracked and more importantly the glass door of the shower was simply very dangerously hanging on by one screw. The page spoke of 300m2..its not more than 50, if that.
Central Village location was fantastic. Kitchen. Comfortable bed once made up. Staff picked us up from Whistler to go and check in and returned us to the unit -very friendly. any requests were promptly sorted.
Having to make our bed each night as it was a fold out queen. This was not as the picture looked when I made the booking. Being central in the village it was noisy late at night when the pubs closed so could not have the window open. That the check in facility is at Whistler Creek Side not Whistler itself. This was not made very clear to a first time visitor unfamiliar with the area.
Plenty of room. Somewhat dated, but clean and well taken care of. Lots of noise due to location in the village. Hard to find off site office. We would stay here again.
Our room (303) was great. Hot tub was a big highlight, so was the steam shower, really helped ease the skiing muscles.
Rooms were a little stuffy when we arrived. Needed to open some windows when we arrived to get some air in.
