Cleanliness. Good breakfast included in price. No one in office except on call. Local tourist brochures displayed in office not readily accessible. Arriving on American side by train from New York, hotel has to be reached by taxi. A shuttle, even at a cost to guests would have made life a lot easier.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Couldn't have asked for better for the money. Continental breakfast was just ok. Wifi didn't work well and the password was changed without notification.

Close to cafes, supermarkets and resto... But there are lots of accommodation better and more accessible than villager lodge niagara falls They have exactly the same super simple and so basic breakfast everyday...coffee, cereal, bread and boiled eggs.. The lady receptionist is not so approachable

Lamp fell out of the wall on my head when I turned it off. When I told them the internet was not working (it never worked). They just told me it was working and provided no help to get it working.

confort des lits et la propreté de la piscine, proximité en auto pour se rendre au chutes pour visiter les attractions. un peu bruyant le soir dû au voisin de chambres qui discutait tardivement dans le stationnement face à nos chambres. Un peu plus de variétés au déjeuner aurait été agréable.
