The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was cute and modern. I love that it was private rooms.

There were only two washrooms for the whole building (4 floors) I'd be afraid if the place was packed over the summer.

I was on a 2 days trip in Montreal. I'd booked a shared bathroom room and was proposed a room upgrade for 10$. I took it and it was the best decision I made. It had a jacuzzi, really nice and clean. I'd ask for room 101 on my next trip.

L'emplacement est génial, super bien situé (si vous aimez le quartier latin). Location is great if you appreciate Montreal's Quartier Latin

Comfort is poor, many noises coming from the hallway, birds into the rooftop... Comfort négligeable, beaucoup de bruit provenant du corridor, oiseaux dans le toit

Despite some reviews, the location is excellent. Short walk from the club district, and a 10min metro ride from the cities main attractions, including Central station. There are the occasional pan handler, etc, but you'll find these in any city, in subways, parks etc. If that sort of thing bothers you, you probably shouldn't leave your house. Its the diversity of life that makes life and adventure.

Price seems low, but it does not worth at all

The room is so small, the bed is not comfortable at all, and the noises have waken me up 7 times in a night!

Cold in the room. I did not get the bed-size I chose when I booked the room. A bit pricey for what you get especially since no breakfast included. Thin walls - could hear other lodgers few rooms away.

Great place to be while in Montreal. One of the best locations: very close to the Metro (2 stations to the old city...), to the Spectacles Quarter, to St. Denis and the restaurants. The room is very nice, with all the amenities needed and very clean..Parking is right across the street ($12 for 24 hours). The staff is very friendly and helpful. All together: very pleasant and great value for the money. We really enjoyed staying there.

I like the set up of the room. It was very nicely decorated and homely. I like that everything was clean and tidy. The concierge was very nice and helpful also.

There was no iron. There was no ice machine. There was no microwave. There was no closet space or dressers.

In the gay village. Good for your wallet. Friendly staff.

Lack of cleaning. Facilities are new but some stuff is broken (ie waterdamage to the ceiling in the bathroom) No coffe machine in the bedroom. No hair dryer in the bedroom... Tyniess body towel ever...

Conveniently located near Berri Uqam station connected to the subway. Close to downtown area. Pleasant staff and great place for the price.

Price was a bit high for a room with no en-suite bathroom, and a squeaky bed.

The staff were all lovely and the room was big and clean.

It was difficult trying to get all our luggage up to the fourth floor with no elevator. Also, the walls were paper thin and we were woken up a couple of nights with loud groups of people in the hallway and could hear them in their room next door.

Clean, quiet, pleasant decor, affordable.

The room was nice, spacious for 3 girls and smelled nice. I had an extra person so I asked them for an extra bed ($20/night for extra person & bed) and parking at their back ally way ($15/night) not bad since I had trouble finding it at first (to many one ways-that back ally way was a little tight though but that's Montreal for ya). The hotel its apparently in the gay village area apparently. Everything is in walking distances. Around 20 min walk from old or downtown Montreal. Beer you can find any where at a convenience store. The staff was nice that I found. Spoke English for us Ontarians that don't know much French. Price was affordable compared to others

So many homeless people everywhere you walk. Only has 1 hair dryer (if you needed it) Also you can hear people walking or stomping to their rooms after partying or clubbing around 3 am (it woke me up at that time) *side note : no elevators, only stairs* so pack light for weekend there

The staff were super friendly, the location was excellent. It was really easy to get into the centre of Montreal. It is a few minutes walk from the coach/bus station which made it really easy to get to.

Very friendly and helpful. For the money the room was great. Very handy for greyhound and bus terminal. Good restaurants a short walk away. Easy walk to old port.

Worth noting there is no lift if you have heavy luggage. However they are happy to store it downstairs if you want to just extract the essentials. Also, dont leave car parked in that road. Saw two breakins. Did feel safe to walk around in though.
