I liked the environment - very calm and welcoming. I also liked the room. It was very accommodating and relaxing. Visitors' Inn is a home away from home. Being a light sleeper, I did not like the fact that I could hear the sounds of moving vehicles in the room I stayed - very disturbing.

Loved the hotel. it was clean and the staff were friendly went for the free breakfast and there was an argument going on amoungst the staff. Not very professional. Didn't go back. Also the washer and dryer were pay machines. A new hotel in the area and same price bracket offers free washers and free afternoon cocktails. Not sure. Might try them next time

We were very impressed with the room cleanliness and the comfortable beds. The pool was great as was the hot tub. Staff were friendly and professional. Overall we would give you a 10 out of 10. When I was making the booking I found it a bit confusing. I thought the rate was $115 and I almost cancelled when I learned it was $10 more. I felt like I was being ripped off. You may want to change the wording. We weren't impressed with our meal from the restaurant as well.

comfort, cleanliness, bath facilities, location, staff The VIP restaurant was acceptable for breakfast, but didn't meet even minimum standards for a dinner restaurant. We had a 100 $ bill for food which was essentially frozen fast food dressed up as normal food. For example, the onion soup was inedible and the four of us suffered condiderable indigestion. This was not the fault of the wait staff, who made every attempt to please us. The 4 of us ate only breakfast there for the rest of our 3 day stay.

I was there for two nights getting tests done at St. Joseph's Hospital. Excellent location to the hospital and various restaurants. Great value for the money. Food in the restaurant was good. It was a little noisy - being right beside a busy freeway. Heater in the room was noisy but overall it was great for our purposes. Would stay there again

Clean comfortable beds & room - surprises - good well equipped bath and friendly accomodating staff. We stay there whenever in Hamilton if there is a room available -good parking also. Very little to complain about - a little budget compimentary breakfast would be nice but even without it it is good value.

I got a deal on the price There is a fairly busy road metres from the hotel. It was somewhat noisy. I found the room very dry. The electrical receptacle near the bed didn't work.

The bed was comfy and I really liked the zippered mattress protector. Was really happy to open the windows, nice treat. the food - when I chose from the continental the scone for breakfast was stale and hard. The yogurt was liquidy, not cold enough. However, the french toast I had was delicious. After using your restaurant for 2 breakfasts, we chose to go elsewhere for that meal. We had one dinner meal at the restaurant, the menu choices were very limited. Chose to go elsewhere for dinner the consecutive 3 nights. The towels were thin and rough. Couldn't get into the WWW, even after asking for help from the front desk, didn't pursue since I had a blackberry, but that was disappointing. The bottom of the shower curtain had a rim of mold on it.
