only suitable for very short stays and do not plan to dine in ever. The bar and resturnat does not exist. They sereve cold breakfast and the only thing hot is toast. the overall hotel was not up to the mark. it is on the highway and you can hear trucks all night. the airconditioning switiches on and off every 30 mints making a good night sleep impossible. i was booked there for 13 nights. but checked out and moved to another hotel in 2 nights. the website review of the hotel were misleading.

Parking was cheaper than other hotels further downtown. I loved the pool and the decor in the room, and it was within driving distance to many restaurants The heating/cooling system clicked loudly all night, and it kept us up. There were a few cracks in the walls of the room and there were several ants in the pool area

Bed was comfortable I have never before paid for parking while staying at a hotel. Continental Breakfast was less than appealing. Coffee was horrible and served in paper cups. we will not return, nor will we send friends or family.

The desk staff and housekeeping were very helpful and informative. The breakfast (included) was adequate. The bed was comfortable. The location was exactly what I needed to visit friends near Fairview Mall There was no restaurant. The website said clearly that there was a restaurant and that was the main reason I chose this particular hotel. I could have gone to another hotel for the same price and in the same general area. I did not want to have to go out and find a meal and I was very annoyed about that. Even room service would have been okay. The only 2 restaurants in the area which delivered were Japanese and Chinese and I did not want either. Did not like paying for parking when you have that whole area in front of the hotel which obviously belongs to you. It smacked of nickel and diming.........not classy! I would recommend it if you had a restaurant/bar/room service

Quiet, beds comfortable, helpful staff Hotel in poor repair, dated, not as pictured in booking ad. Felt somewhat unsafe , breakfast minimal, coffee poor and served in paper cups, cushions missing from chairs in breakfast area, breakfast not served in dining room, no pay tv offered, no mini bar, parking fee even though not in prime area. Disturbing to be asked to sign a vehicle damage waiver upon check in!

The location for me was the most suitable, but I think the best memory I will have will be the lady that did the room cleaning every day. She was polite, professional and a delight to be around. I did not like the fact that there was no restaurant in the building, and also that there were some persons within the hotel that were perhaps less that friendly and also that there were some big dogs there...Definitely not something that would be good for children

It was a layover for us as we were driving to Montreal. The hotel was very close to the highway so we did not have to drive into the city at all. The staff was courteous. The hotel did not have a restaurant on site. Also, it did not have a list of area restaurants available in the room for us to review.

Central location, visiting family in Don Mills area. Continental breakfast was good. Please change up the continental breakfast so that there is something different and interesting every second day. Three day weekend and the same breakfast every day can be monotonous.

Location was convenient other then for restaurants. Staff are efficient. Restaurant that was on site was under major renovation which was not made known by the hotel at the time of booking, and should have been, as there are few restaurants in the area unless driving or using a taxi. Continental breakfast is not fresh other than the drinks.

This was not a good value. It was not clean, the staff was not friendly or informative. The hallways were stained, I stay at other Days, however, I will now reconsider.

Elevator and hallways were dirty. My light upon entrance to my room did not stay on for more than 2 seconds at a time, which left me in the dark after the door to my room closed.

The Hotel is close to a Subway Station which makes it very easy to drive downtown. But this needs still a while. At the end it was a 30 Minute ride and you have to change the Subway one time. They add a additional 5 Dollar for parking. There is a Mall just one block away. You can park there for free and from there the Subway starts. So this hotel is a more cheap choice instead of a Hotel in downtown.
