Privacy, the staff at the reception was very friendly and informative. There were no bath robes for the visitors, the breakfast could have more variety. |

love the rooms, Aeron chair is wonderful, so is other lazy chair and bed is good the breakfast is really really sad. clearly it's been added as an afterthought and even the cheapest motel would be ashamed of this kind of lack of quality |

Bed was comfortable. I understand that there is tax to pay and even extra for parking, but there were a lot of hidden costs, like the charge for having booked on-line. Bathroom counter was filthy, but the rest of the room was clean. There were young adults hollering loudly, over and over, at 4 am in the hall for about an hour of time. |

Hotel staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly particularly the staff at the bar, down side is that the bar closed at 10pm. Breakfast, A Continental breakfast should have cheese and ham with individual pots of yogurt and cereals, the only thing on offer was bread in various forms.....poor. |

It's a very good hotel, nicely furnished. Nearby subway to get downtown. Nearby the highways to go elsewhere. The breakfase capacity was very small. There was too little space to sit down, |

You can see from the category I gave - this hotel should not appear in 4 star hotels list. it is really budget hotel. Many things - the room, noisy airconditioning, no ventilation, screaming (i do not know why) fire alarm system.... |

Condition & size of room + helpful staff 1. bagels instead of danish at breakfast + more seating 2. sound proof walls & doors are really necessary - halls echoed sounds into rooms keeping us awake - ice machine use + banging noisewhen room doors close. We coulld even hear whispering in hall outside our doors. |

Restaurant and the stuff were pretty nice It doesnot fit to 4-star level as it is mentioned. I would say 2-2,5 star. Location is not attractive. 15 minutes walk to nearest subway |
