I like the comfortable atmosphere all over the hotel. I read quite few negative reviews but didn't experience an such thing.Stayed there for 10 days with my husband 2 girls and a son aged 1year. Location was good near to fairview mall it was 15mins walk but if you have a baby and you are pushing a pram or stroller it takes around 20mins to reach fairview mall. Swimming pool and gym were awesome.Over all experience was good and if required will stay there again. What I didn't like was the housekeeping woman was rude not friendly at all and she was reminded to put tea cups and water glasses everyday otherwise she never put them herself. Staff at the reception had no idea about buses which stopped right infront of their hotel. I think it is necessary to know the local info so that guests coming to stay wants some directions they can help them right away.

We checked in and went to the room. Along the way the hall was littered with dirty laundry at about 3:10 pm. We left the hotel and returned about 6 hours later. The laundry still littered the hall way. I thought that this was the most un professional and dirty hotel that I have ever been in. I travel a lot and I have stayed in many hotels around the world. This was perhaps the worst I have ever been in by far. We were told that there was cable and Internet in the rooms. That was not the case. The employee at the front desk told me that it must be my computer that was not working or some nonsense about a fire wall. I happen to have the latest I-pad so I doubt it was my computer. There just was no wifi service. I would never stay in this hotel again even if you gave me the room for free. What I should have done was complain but I just did not want to waste my time.

The room is really big with two double queen beds and comfortable with large lcd tv and free phone calls and frigde and ac also has a lift and a big lobby My reservation included complimentary breakfast which was very very poor just corwasoon and orange or apple juice with butter and jam no eggs no youghart no cheese or hot milk very bad so most of the days we didin't go for breakfast. also there should be a free wifi all over the hotel which was just a dream the day we arrived the receptionist informed us that the internet has just had a problem before we come and it will not be available in the rooms only the lobby and the problem will be fixed the next day which didn't happen till we checked out and this was the biggest problem for us as it was a business trip so we were able to arrange our schedules so most of the days passed with very bad arrangment we lost too long time useless . the hotel has a bus station in front of it but the frequency of the bus was every 45 minuts and only work till 7 or 8 pm also it was only one bus track which arrive to the hotel so we had to take a taxi in leaving and returning to the hotel which was very expensive for us. our room was in the fifth floor , while we were waiting the lift we were smelling very bad odour (odour of rabbish) i think they collect the rooms rabbish and didin't get rid of them every day also the room service collect the rubbish of the rooms and the dirty sheets in the cooridor till the next day which was very bad view. lastly the staff were very cold in dealing with the guest complains and not helpful at all .

Proximity to public transit. Pool and hot tub. Soiled carpets in hallways. Internet service was down. Dirty linen was left piled in bundles in the hallway of the floor I was staying on. This hotel is rated at 3 1/2 stars. I feel it does not deserve this rating. I've stayed at a 3-star hotel that is much cleaner and far nicer.

The front desk staff were beyond courteous. The price was right. The pool, hot tub and sauna were all in great condition, very warm and enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable and each bed had 4 big pillows. The hallways were piled with dirty bedding that we had to walk around, they were there when we checked in and still there the next day. We went for the free breakfast but didn't choose to eat the cheap pastries & watered down juice.

great bed and pillows. Nice big window with lots of light. Courteous housekeeping staff brought a corkscrew from her car when I asked for one and cleaning staff helped me with closing the clasp on my necklace. Breakfast lacked presentation and the muffins/croissants were stale. I didn't eat there on my second day due to the first impression Dirty linens and garbage stayed in the hallway floor until late in the day.

good location for this business trip; good value for the cost considering Toronto hotel rates. Lots of parking available. Large shopping mall and lots of restaurants in the area-pretty ordinary though-not gourmet. This hotel is very run-down and "tired". Stinking of cigarette smoke throughout even though I had a non-smoking room. Confused parking arrangements as info for the paid parking is not identified on the parking machines as reduced for hotel guests. I would be very reluctant to stay there again.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Iron table and coffee machine are provided in the room 10 min walk from the station. Big shopping center near the station The continental breakfast is really poor! The hotel has basic cleaning and very average maintenance. It's a business hotel so nothing much to do around.

It was much less than comparable hotels nearer downtown because of a big convention The internet (wifi) was quite inadequate; connection was weak, slow, and sporadic, even in the lobby, in the evening (better early morning).
