Service was excellant, especially the consierge , very helpful with bookings, complimentary car transfer. Very spacious suites, and friendly bar staff. My view was of the offices next door. Apart from that could not fault it. |

Everything about this hotel was pure comfort and luxury. W Whatever Whenever lived up to its name. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. |

The customer service was excellent! The beds were not too comfortable. The concierge was nice enough to ask how I slept after the first night and made sure and extra pillow top was placed on the bed. For whatever reason I expected a bed like the Westin. |

The entire experience was fantastic. From check-in to check-out, full 5-star treatment. No outdoor space. A shame, as a roof terrace would have been a great feature. |

Bedding was incredibly comfortable & soft. Loved having the Bliss toiletries, a nice bonus. The bath towels were no were near the same caliber as the bedding; found them to be cheap & rough against the skin. Rooms were very dark, would like to see a bit more natural lighting. |

J'ai adoré mon séjour à cette hôtel, j'aimerais y retourner! La chambre était très propre et très belle, il y a un très bonne anbiance. Le lit est très confortable. De plus, les employers sont très sympathiques! |

Il est tres bien placé et les chambres sont tres modernes et chic Il fait tres sombre dans cet hotel ,la reception,les couloirs,les chambres. La formule petit dejeuner est tres compliquee avec au lieu d'un buffet comme partout ailleurs,le prix du pain,de l'oeuf,du cafe,du yaourt,du jus....... Ce qui n'existe nul part ailleurs dans un hotel de cette categorie et pour cause c'est debile. |

Service de limousine Acura et positionnement de l'hôtel. Éclairage insuffisant dans la chambre, trop sombre pour repasser mon chemisier et pas de lumière assez près du fauteuil. On ne lit pas toujours dans un lit! Aussi, pas de barre à serviette dans la salle de bain. Pas de récupération de papier ou de réutilisation des serviettes. |

Situation, côté design moderne, ambiance raffinée, musique à noter qu'il faut aimer ce design et on adorera cet hôtel Service du petit déjeuner trop lent, et surtout incitation à mettre des bouteilles d'eau près de la table de chevet comme si elles étaient gratuites alors qu'elles sont facturées très chères, erreur dans la facture à ce sujet. La boîte de nuit indiquée comme ouverte le mardi était fermée le dimanche, lundi et mardi soir donc pour nous pas ouverte du tout....le bar ferme à minuit un peu tôt |
