Location was great Bed was really comfortable Decor was fun
I had an interior room, so no view... but I did ask for a quiet room & I only stayed one night, so that was okay.
Arrived late on a Friday and was greeted by the bouncer at the door. Once inside, room was great, staff were friendly and the light was dim. All. The. Time! Fun for a change. But don't bother with the breakfast. Take a walk instead and enjoy the amazing cuisine this city has to offer!
You feel like you are in a different world once entering the hotel. The comfort is first priority
The room however comfortable was small even for a queen bed.
Staff is excellent

The beds! Sleeping on a cloud....
The Gym equipment needs updating and the multimedia on the equipment does not function.
Staff, especially Sylvan the doorman were great. Enjoyed the bar and tenders.
Very loud DJ/crowd just below our room til 3 am--hard to sleep. The darkness in lobby and hallways gets to you after awhile, feels like you're in a brownout. The strange full glass view of the shower from bedroom! The rain shower head is great but no options--your hair is definitely going to get wet!
Rooms and beds are really well done and comfortable.
It's quite dark everywhere and I could never get the wifi to work right. It was complimentary but after spending that much money in a hotel it was disappointing to have to go to a Timmys to get working wifi and get work done. I mentioned it several times to staff but it didn't seem like there was much they could do.
Modern and unusual decor, Very friendly staff,
By design, the corridor are very datk: a bit creepy
Really comfortable bed.
Poor lighting. I really appreciated the effort in terms of the specialty lighting however everything in the room and lobby was way too dim. We had an interior room with no natural light which made it worse. The noise level from the club below was terrible. It kept us awake for hours. For the price my expectation was high and the W didn't come close. I really wish we stayed somewhere else for our first experience in Montreal.
Enjoyed my stay very much. Great design of lobby and room. Staff always friendly and helpful. Nice bath. Direct access to Metro orange line.
I had a "Wonderful room", found it small and a bit worn for the price. Dark furniture. Rainfall shower is nice but there is no additional shower to get a proper shower. No pool.
