An excellent welcome, and room explanation etc. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Food excellent and good value. Not having beauty treatments available in situ-i.e. facials. |

Helpful staff, clean room, very comfortable, good location but a little hard to reach due to current construction. Close to Byward market, which we loved for browsing, shopping and eating. Concierge was extremely helpful with directions for getting to and around Montreal, our next stop. |

This was a great hotel and the staff was very accomodating. Booking.com did not effectively communicate our reservation to the hotel but it was still honored by Westin. They even upgraded our room to off-set the mix up. We liked everything. It was across from Parliment. A perfect location. |

I requested a room upgrade to a renovated room and did not receive one - none were available. View from the room was poor. |

Location was great and have stayed in the past with good results. As I booked on line there was no mentioned of early morning construction! I was told I would not have access to any water facilies in my room after 9am in the morning, this was very inconvenient. |

swimming pool, room for sport, comfortable bed, close to downtown noise during the day because of renovation and price still the same, even if water was stopped for the day...I had a bad service after forgetting a personnal item in my room on the monrning I left in 2008: no help to verify the room, ask the new visitors and the cleaning lady: was very disappointed about it since it was a gift from my grandmother and she doesn't live in this continent. |

It was close to the meeting I was attending. The shopping next door is handy. Noisy during the day due to construction and renovation of some of the floors. You could not work or rest in your room during the day between 7:30 and 5:30 pm. |

Je très déçu nous avons été obligé de canceller la deuxième nuit car cette hotel est en rénovation et les bruits étaient insupportable... J'aurais aimé savoir que cette hotel était en rénovation... |
