눉Fridge in room broken food purchased to take home spoiled lots of money wasted. Hotel really stepped up to plate reimbursed me apologized paid for my parking and sent me a wine and cheese platter along with providing free breakfast vouchers. Although I did not like what happened, they really addressed the problem very quickly. Wow! They really want the customer to havethe best experience
Would defiantly stay there again!

I broke my foot, before I arrived at hotel, and mentioned this to them when calling to confirm booking. when I arrived there was a platter of chocolate fruit and nuts, with a card hoping I felt better!
