I did pay for the room but did not stay there. Location was bad off the beaten path. Room was old, the weather was cold and only a small portable heater.

The motel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The manager was very accomodating and offered a king size bed for the same price as a queen size. I didnt like the fact that a tire iron was left on the top of the tv......just the idea was a bit unsettling!!!

Staff was polite when we checked in We checked into the hotel & then left immediately. We arrived back at 1:30 am and found our heater in the room barely worked. We had to sleep with our clothes on all night. Our noses were ice cold. The rooms were dirty...not cleaned properly from the last guests. Our toilet didn't work. We had to take the back off the toilet & pull up on the bar in the back everytime we wanted to use it. When I got in the shower, the inside of the shower curtain was disgusting! No one has ever cleaned it & it looked like a mechanic had rubbed his hands all over the back of the curtain. It got so cold in our room that we almost went to sleep in the car. Was brutal! I didn't expect to much for the price however heat & cleanliness should be included at any price! Oh, and a working toilet!
