Waterton Glacier Suites  

Nice suite hotel in a incredible and beautiful ubication. A must place to go.

The king size bed was very comfortable. The balcony was nice as well. Room was clean when we arrived.

Our jacuzzi didn't work and when the room was cleaned, obvious things we're missed. (old coffee still in the machine with dirty cup).

Winter months don't have as much visitors, however, this made for a relaxing and quiet weekend. The suites were above our expectations. They were clean and comfortable. The service I received at front desk was excellent. The breakfast had a good variety to choose from. Each choice was delicious. The best part was while we were exploring the town, we had deer and mountain goats keep us company. I'm already planning my next visit in September.

Great suite in a lovely area. Lots of wildlife around and so close to everything. Nice dinner and staff at the hotel too.

The staff was most friendly willing to talk and answer questions posed by various guests. The small restaurant was very clean and served a quite adequate meal at reasonable prices.

Some trouble with the fireplace not responding.

All the staff were friendly, gave us excellent service and showed interest in what our plans were for the day and offered help as needed. Our suite was spotless and very comfortable.

We forgot our books and as all the stores were closed that weekend, it would have been nice if there had been a selection of used paperbacks to borrow from!

Weather was fantastic! Michelle (front desk) was very helpful. Room was very comfortable. Quiet and peaceful ~ just what we wanted. We will visit again in winter.

We enjoy our coffee, but the in-room coffee maker didn't impress. Keurig/Tassimo ?

Odd shape of room and no tv in bedroom.

Price was great for what you got. Sevice was amazing! Very clean! Will be coming back!

Very less commercialization in the area and was very close to natural beauty.

Since, I visited in the winter in the mid December the area seems to be haunted. Only two hotels and one restaurant was open. Including our car only three more cars were parked at the hotel which means very few guest. Extremely strong winds through out the nigh which is very common in the valley. Snow was confined within the valley but if you go outside of the valley it was sunny. Please keep in mind 911 service in the winter is not available in the area during winter season. You would have to dial "0" in case of emergency from the hotel phone which will connect you to hotel staff.

Hotel was open during non-peak season...when all other businesses and hotels were closed for the season, Glacier Suites was open, inviting and gracious hosts.

gas fire place would prefer wood burning. the bathroom was not private from the lounge/sleeping area

We really enjoyed the peaceful setting. Our lives are very busy, and it was very nice to get away from that and reconnect in such a quiet environment.

Even though we visited during the off-season, the hotel did their best to provide the services we needed ie. meals. We were surprised with the size of the suite and the fact there were two fireplaces.

Friendly staff and delightful amenities: jacuzzi, fireplace although did not require it, fridge and coffee/tea maker available. The view of the Prince of Wales Hotel from our balcony and the lake was delightful. Construction behind the hotel was not a concern, but I do question why this was not done in the off-season which begins really soon.

Housekeeping in general was good, however the bedside table needed attention before we arrived and was nott cleaned while we were there. Staff was courteous and friendly.

don't spray the dining table when there is food on it..I'm not sure what would classify our room tub to be called a Hot Tub as per the advertisement but it was definitely not a traditional hot tub.

Beautiful scenery in this area.

It should be noted that the area is basically shutdown during the winter season. All but 2 local restaurants and stores are closed, despite the flyers from the area, we were not ware of this.

Struttura molto curata e graziosa, suite con due caminetti, con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo nel momento in cui vi abbiamo soggiornato (109 $) ma penso in alta stagione abbiano prezzi non così convenienti.

Impossible de faire fonctionner les foyers. Impossible de faire fonctionner le Wi-fi pour l'Internet. Bain à remous très bruyant et jets excessivement fort. Stationnement difficile et petit. A $160. Pour une nuit ,le rapport qualité /prix est très mauvais.
