Natural setting and wildlife was great

Pleasant staff, wildlife on lawn of resort.

Room was very clean and staff was very friendly

Reception and restaurant staff were good...

One server in the morning shift was terrible...

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaraunt served an exceptionally good dinner which made our birthday celebration perfect. The beds were very comfortable.

The town was completely closed down for the winter season.

Location in the Park is beautiful. Food reasonably priced. Casual attitude of staff. Swimming pool was a plus.

Nothing to dislike, just a pity that in the Winter the rest of the town is shut up.

Restaurant staff and food were fabulous.

Bed was uncomfortable because the springs could be felt.

Beautiful Room, Central Location in Village of Waterton surrounded by Mountains.

Needs brighter lighting over the washroom sink. My wife found it difficult to apply her make up.

I loved the cleanliness of the room and the friendly staff. Also, the room was very quiet. I enjoyed having a private entrance to our room as well as the location of the resort.

We were in Waterton at a time that the Lodge has the only restaurant open. Supper was ridiculous. They have a large restaurant/lounge that can accomodate many many people. Unfortunately, they would only sit people upstairs if they were ordering off of the dining room menu, which was extremely expensive!!! This did not make sense as we felt that their primary goal should be to seat people and serve food, rather than having a ton of people standing around in the lobby, not knowing what to do. There was no sense of order either in terms of who to seat first. The poor staff were not prepared for the large numbers of people, which is shocking, because the lodge was booked! Not to mention a couple of the other places that were open.

We were warmly received and was asked if there was anything we would like. It was a 6 hour drive, 2 of which in a driving rain storm, so I asked if we could have extra coffee packs and she immediately gave them to us. As it was beginning to snow she gave us the weather report that it only to last the night, but to be prepared for snow on the ground in the morning and sun in the afternoon. The walk ways and steps were shoveled before we left our room. We had a nice room, ground level and we throughly enjoyed our stay and plan to come back next year. Although booking.com stated breakfast was included it is not, but they gave us a discount coupon without us asking.

There was nothing that we didn't like or meet our expectations.

The bedding wasn’t really clean at the 1st night. There were many flies at the restaurant!

The lodges restaurant, Vimies, was over priced, with small portions of not great quality food.

Clean, comfortable room. Restaurant was good.

We had requested a room on a high floor with a view. Allocated a room on the ground floor overlooking the waste skips. Room was tired, handles of the drawers were all loose and the room had not been cleaned properly. Other guests could see in the room unless the blinds were drawn. Carpet was a trip hazard as was the entrance into the room. On bringing these matters to the attention of the manager he refunded us one days accomodation

Very comfortable. Lovely location. Liked the variety of close spots to eat.within walking distance. Very good gym facilities and pool. We had a very nice time and recommended this loction to another couple headed up from Glacier NP.

Restaurant service and food is mediocre

Very close proximity to everything in town. Were able to easily walk to the marina, the main street for food, Cameron Falls, the lake, and the trail to Bertha Falls. Tons of wildlife nearby, as there were deer in the baseball field behind the complex. Decent room and the AC unit worked well which was good as the room was very hot when we arrived. The hottub and pool was great for after a long day hiking.

The pillows were extremely lumpy which was not overly comfortable. The lack of ice machines in the buildings that had the actual rooms was a pain, as I had to walk from the building furthest away to the main lobby every time I wanted ice.

The accommodations were beautiful, and very comfortable!

Staff not knowledgeable. Had a message blinking light on phone in the room; called twice to ask how to retrieve; staff did not know. Also friends of mine ordered a bottle of champage on Wed Sept 12 as a surprise. We get a knock on our door at 2200MT saying we had a champagne bottle; told them wrong room; said it was from Joanne & Pascal (friends of mine); guy just handed up the bucket with two glasses; kept repeating if it's too late, we can just let it be. I said no, we will take it but of course we took it home. Joanne said she had dictated a note over the phone to accompany the bottle; nothing. For sure, we wont be staying there again.

Rooms were comfortable and warm after a day of hiking and the staff were VERY helpful and friendly- highly recommended
