Doug and Phillis could not have been more friendly and welcoming. Fantastic breakfasts and genuine support for activities to make the holiday a lifetime experience.
Stay was too short, had such a lovely time
The hosts! Cleanliness Great breakfasts Service and responsiveness.
*Sounds from other rooms (walls and floors must be thin) *Smallness of the room
Our host and hostess were exceptional. Very friendly and efficient. Willing to be of service at any time of day. Excellent breakfast.
Facility could use a public conversation room on the first floor to read, socialize with friends or fellow guests. Our room lacked a comfortable chair. While in the room you had to sit on the bed to read. Fortunately the weather allowed us to sit on the front porch most of time. Couple hiccups with housekeeping
Parking at the door. Room was charming and complete. Owner was very a commuting. Re plugs for our Capp machines etc. my sister and I were celebrating my 84th birthday. Saw cabaret which was outstanding, dinner at the golf course was excellent, lobster feast at Caroline's winery we just took takeout lobsters to my brother.s house stayed over and got home Sunday night after a very nice getaway weekend. Thank you.
Great location, short walk into old town. exceptionally friendly hosts. and nice rooms
Excellent location. Bikes available with room a plus. Very friendly and accommodating hosts.
Phyllis and Doug were wonderful hosts! The breakfasts were delicious and served right at 9:00am. They were super helpful with places to go and see as well as great ideas for dinner. We will suggest this place to friends and definitely stay here again! Thanks so much for making our anniversary week-end so wonderful!
Had a great time in the Garden room. Very quite and very clean. Looking forward to returning.
Hosts could not have been nicer and more helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable.
I was a bit surprised to find that the breakfast was served round a communal table. Not everyone wants to make polite conversation with total strangers over breakfast. And although we were asked to arrive at the table at 9am no food was served until all the guests had arrived - so we waited for about half an hour before being fed. This would be the only thing I was not too keen on here - otherwise it was a lovely place.
The room was very homey and nicely decorated. I liked the private entrance. There was plenty of hot water for morning showers. The host/hostess provided some extras (bottled water, soda, coffee, tea with fresh cream in the mini fridge. There were also a couple of good quality chocolates for a treat. The breakfast was great. The room was very clean and pleasant. Notl is quaint and picturesque. We attended a wedding at the Pillar so we appreciated the location of the Weatherpine.
I could hear the music from a wedding at the Pillar & Post across the street and the people in the room next door were noisy when returning very late. Perhaps vintage homes haven't the sound barriers that modern buildings possess. I didn't see any controls for the room temperature and I found it a bit to warm. Otherwise, we found the Weatherpine to be "top notch"
Close to main street and shops Very friendly and helpful innkeepers Great breakfasts Liked the country feel of the inn
We could hear the people above us walking around in the room. Actually woke us up when they came in late.
A most enjoyable time .Very relaxing. At home comfort. Food and accomodation excellent . A definite spot to return to.
Comfortable. Very nice town. Very nice breakfast. Friendly owners.
The homely, friendly and comfortable atmosphere. The hosts were amazing so were the breakfasts.
Loved the comfort, cleanliness of the room. Loved that the room was private, and its own parking spot and patio. Host was amazing, so friendly and served a great breakfast, that got all guest to interact.
Fan in the room was a bit too loud.
Lovely building, huge comfy bed in a great well equipped room. Fab location just a few blocks from the Main Street, Niagara on the Lake is probably the prettiest town I have ever visited. Really appreciated the complimentary water and pop in the room. Breakfasts were huge and gorgeous. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, giving us tips on where to eat etc. we had a great stay and would highly recommend.
