Excellent service with friendly staff. Loved the location-close to everything but tucked away from all the hustle and bustle. Room was very clean and comfortable. TV movie channels did not work but we were offered another room.

The location of the hotel is perfect for the purpose of our visit. Having the Pool visible to the lobby and people coming in and out is a turn off....I have yet to use the pool and have stayed with you twice.

i think the floor plan in the room, the bedding, sofa and tea tables are nice. bath room is clean and new. room is quite during night. overall, it is a good place to stay if you are visiting nrc the breakfast has only few choices.

Very good location for our stay in Boucherville.Good family facilities, including an indoor swimming pool. Although our room was a non-smoking room, there was still an odor of smoke.

We were not informed when we booked the hotel that the swimming pool and hot tub were going to be closed for renovations during our stay. This was the primary reason we had booked the hotel so we were very disappointed.

Le personnel est tres avenant, gentil, poli et discret, dans le sens ou, on ne les voit pas apparaitre venir faire le menage quand on a envie de relaxer à la piscine ou en dejeunant. Ma chambre était extremenent propre et croyez-moi je suis facilement dédaigneuse. Je m'y suis sentie tres bien. Rien de vieux, pas de laisser-aller Bravo Qu'il n'y ai pas de restaurant dans l'hotel Mes journées étaient extremement chargées et je devais arreter souper quand j'aurais pû relaxer dans ma chambre en soupant. Mais bon, on comprend le contexte de l'installation

Accueil parfait, propreté impécable des lieux et un grand espace de stationnement apprécié puisque j'avais une camionette plus une remorque. La seul chose, trop de chlore dans la piscine et spa, la peau après 2 douche sentait encore le chlore et un peu d'héritation au visage du au haut tôt de chlore, mais je sais que vous n'avez pas le choix puisque plusieurs personne l'utilise mais un bon dosage serait pas de trop.

L'accueil, la tranquilité et la proximité des magasins. La salle utilisée pour le petit déjeuner n'est pas accueillante. Il serait pertinent de mettre un peu de musique douce pour créer un peu d'ambiance.

piscine, bien l'idée du petit frigidaire dans la chambre, situation géographique de l'hotel près de tout... le déjeuner offert est très ordinaire...peu de place pour s'asseoir l'endroit pour manger est très petit. La nourriture est pas de très bonne qualité. Muffins congelé, beigne dur....

La propreté de la chambre était parfaite. Le déjeuner continental était complet. Rien à redire les membres du personnel ont été soucieux de notre comfort. Un peu de difficulté pour le stationnement, mais compréhensible étant donné que l'hôtel était à refaire l'asphalte.

Déjeûner inclus, réfrigérateur, télé, Internet. Le réfrigérateur devrait être accompagné d'un congélateur suffisamment puissant pour ne pas perdre la nourriture. Les chambres sont mal insonorisées. J'ai demandé une chambre queen et je me suis plutôt retrouvé dans une chambre à deux lits.
