Opp subway station Near pubs and restaurants Clean and comfy Great value
If on lower floor get the rumble of the subway
Location, price. Simple, clean. It was perfect for us.
No living-room space. The rooms are much too small for that ! Don't believe what is written on the booking.com website. Maybe you have one in the suite, but none of the rooms have one.
Convenient for local facilities. Good WiFi connection
The bed was somewhat lumpy!
Lovely décor, very clean, nice amenities and quiet central location.
The bed mattress was very hard and difficult to sleep on.
location, location, location. It was very quiet even though the house is right downtown.
There was a sour smell in the room. It may have been dampness or perhaps the carpet. I am not sure
the location was ideal, just across wellesley station. the staff who welcomed us was really nice, though we never saw her again after that, our room was cleaned everyday. wi-fi was ok, as well, patchy at times but tolerable.
one thing only, there was no elevator and we were staying at the fourth floor so, yeah it was quite tough after a long day of being out and about.
Very convenient to metro, church/wellesley village area
Room was small (but comfortable) A little pricey for the amenities
the bed is a little small for 2 persons
Location, location, location. Opposite subway, walk to Eaton Center.
You never see any staff. I phoned the front desk to arrange to store a bag for a few hours after checkout and was told to immediately bring it to the front desk...which doesn't exist. I waited by the front door for 10 minutes and then saw someone at the end of the corridor behind a curtain. The front desk is a 'cabin'...in the back yard... You either get subway noise or a very small room if you book a single.
The quilt is not comfortable.
very clean rooms and nice management
Good value for the price. Very clean.
Great location, loved the room, it was just perfect.
It appears the hotel has been nicely renovated in recent years but still maintains that traditional look which is wonderful. It is located very close to a subway station and has a restaurant/bar available right next door for convenience.
The walls are not well sound proofed as I was able to hear someone's telephone conversation with my door closed. Also, the shower curtain could be a bit longer to ensure water stays in the stall (minor detail). However, I believe the pros outweigh the cons for this hotel significantly.
had to pay even more for parking.
the cleanliness and how they maintained the old building nicely. the bed is very comfortable and the place is cosy.. love how they make sure to leave you room keys if they are not able to welcome you themselves.. the bathroom is clean too. and huge lol. love it.. but i wish it could be slightly cheaper, then it is PERFECT ! ><
the price is like a hotel's price but it's not a hotel hahaha
Location just across the street from the underground. Restaurants and bars very close, pretty hotel.
Room's were tiny, banged legs on bed, no wardrobes. Suite of rooms was 2 bedrooms (one was the lounge with beds in it, with a tiny shower room and toilet , no separate lounge area, beds very small pushed up to the wall, so second person had difficulty getting in and out of bed. Nice staff greeted us but no one seen after that.
Location across the street from subway- super. Quiet place; I like that.
old style television-had to use two remotes. Had to call by phone-no one at place-only a few hours daytime only.
convenience to Holland Centre orthopedic hospital
TV channelling could have been better .
Great and kind stuff, especially a lady from Russia. I have a good memories of her! Perfect location. Just opposite to subway 'wellesley'. Very clean rooms and nice corridors.
Warm, welcoming, steps from Yonge Street
That I could not stay longer
the location, the convenience, the hotel, the price were all great.
Nice, clean, cozy hotel! Excelent location, metro station just across the street. There is a convenience store just across the street too, which helps a lot.
The avaliability of the reception just after 10am.
Tv.quality and set up .tubs to low for a back soak.
