Great location. Great room. Good value. Clean and modern Hidden lounge. Not enough staff both times. Long wait for first drinks and even longer for food. Staffing issue. Food was good. Nice lounge

I love the outdoor pool and hot tub. We love the location and all of the amenities very close by - restaurants, cold beer and wine store, grocery store. The rooms are very well appointed with a fridge and sink. The room service is very good, and the valet parking is very very convenient. I didn't like the lady who checked us in. We had asked for a suite with a balcony and we asked if we could please be as high up as possible, and she informed us that all suites with balconies over the 7th floor were not available. I find this very hard to believe that every one of your guests had requested a room as high up as possible. When we phoned to ask if we could check in one hour early, she said we would have to actually arrive there and then she would check. I have stayed at many hotels, and have never encountered anyone so not willing to help accommodate our needs. Her attitude seemed like she was happy not to be accommodating. If we hadn't already stayed at the Westin Grand a few times before with a positive experience, I think I would have changed my reservation to somewhere else.

Bath Tub not clean . There is major plumbing system . They should change the plug of the bath tub to something which can let water disappear so that the water from my bathing would not stay in the bath tub soaking my feet and I have to wash my fee in the sink separately. Should change the shower system , I have to ask for help twise ..to try to change bathing mode to shower mode . After I struggling with the shower head , eventualy I have shower then some dirty water ooze from the bath tub This hotel need to spend some money in this area , otherwise it;s a waste of this great location !

The hotel was clean and the service was friendly. The location was great for my conference. Overall I was satisfied with the experience because it was close to the conference I was attending and I felt safe in the hotel.

Confort du lit. Cuisinette. Fenetres Floor to Ceiling. Manquait les chaines tv5 et Al Jazeera. Télévision = mauvaise qualité d'image et de son. Toiletterie dans salle de bain: nettement insuffisante. P ex.: Aucun coton-tige pour oreilles. Le prix de l'internet devrait être inclu dans le prix affiché de la chambre.
