The standard suite room is very small. Two medium size bags are enough to restrict your movement. For the size of the room it's better for the hotel to make a studio style instead of 1 bed room suite. |

The location was excellent with only minutes from everything. The room was small but the kitchenette was a brilliant idea. The gym wasn't open at all but the food was the worst part of the stay. The starters were raw & the deserts tasted like they were frozen then reheated. We didn't try the breakfast. |

Excellent location, excellent fitness area and pool. Breakfast was not included in our booking so we had to pay for it separately but it was worth every penny - outstanding! Free internet computers available in the public library next door to the hotel. |

When we were not in the hotel Difficult location, limited signage. King bed option booked 2 + months ago not available, queen suite offered but was small, narrow and virtually no room in bedroom. Where can you leave suitcases for access?? Bathroom was the only good thing. Elevators were a disgrace and certainly not in building code for numbers involved. A 15 min wait is totally unacceptable (Sunday morning 10am). In general this was the worst hotel in out total vacation across BC, and subsequently Toronto. A common Courtyard hotel surpassed your hotel, that's how bad. And then your crazy breakfast charges. We live in Bermuda, even our top hotels are not that expensive!! Finally I was expecting a courtesy ride to the airport as per your advert but again nothing. |

very pleasant suite with good facilities - eg large televisions in sitting room and bedroom, well designed 'kitchenette' for preparing drinks and snacks, extremely comfortable bed with masses of goosedown pillows, outdoor pool and hot tub with steamroom and excellant showers |

There are only nine rooms per floor (about 30 floors), and each is a full suite. The sleeping rooms are very quiet, which makes for a good night's sleep. WARNING: If you book through this site and prepay, you will not receive Starpoints for the amount paid!!!! I lost $1308.00 in Starpoints (plus bonus) as I was not warned of this fact. So make sure it's a really super deal before you do it. |

Ein tolles Hotel in Down Town Vancouver.Absolute Spitzenlage mit atemberaubendem Ausblick aus den oberen Etagen (ab 20. Etage). Frühstück und Drinks - wie überall in Kanada - etwas zu teuer, muss man bei der Lage aber auch nicht im Hotel einnehmen. |

Veel faciliteiten (uitgebreide gym, flink zwembad met whirpool ernaast), vriendelijk personeel, goede ligging in downtown Vancouver. Ontbijt is prima. Het is een heeeel groot hotel en dat is wat benauwend; je staat soms een kwartier op een van de (slechts) twee liften te wachten. Eten in het restaurant is behoorlijk duur en niet echt geweldig (maar dat kom je vaker tegen in Vancouver). |
