Wonderful Loation, Excellent Hotel and Staff.
-amazing location -got an upgrade which was a way better choice for my family -bed was comfortable -restaurant was excellent too
i thought the design of pool and fitness room wasn't so great-there were people constantly going in and out of the doors and water all over the floor.
We had a wonderful time. We were supposed to have a balcony but were put in a different room. Ashley at the front deal accommodated us with no hassle. The front vallet/door man was so nice and made us feel special. Our room was beautiful with a great view of the mountains and village. Great service
The hot tub jets were broken
Close proximity to village and little kitchenette.. room was great and the staff were terrific.. loved everything except the paying for the wifi
PAYING FOR WIFI!!!!! Really Westin are you that tight for cash!!!!!!!!!! very disappointing!!!!
Besides one of the Most Beautiful Hotel Interior and Exterior, Just such a Clean and Friendly Place to Stay. Great pool area. Lots of amenities right at the hotel.
Stayed in the East Tower, would've liked if it was easier access to the East Tower from the Lobby. Parking our big truck underground was a challenge at the entrance.
Next to to the Whistler Mountain lifts! Loved the location and convenience, so close to the centre of the village, yet tucked around the corner just enough for some peace and quiet.
Clean, centrally located, great staff, very nice hotel.
Small shaded pool.
Everything. I went to the pool and the hostess was extremly friendly and had great attitude. Front desk was very knowledged and uper friendly. I reall enjoy a hotel that is child and pet friendly and is fisrt class.
Someone around our room was smoking. We had to have our windows closed and could not enjoy the balcony. I was not someone in the hotel but right outside and the wind was coming right to the windows.
great staff, friendly and helpful
We didn't like that we spent a few hundred dollars and were still expected to pay for parking and breakfast, I would have expected to at least have a parking space available or an included breakfast with the amount i spent on the hotel for one night.
the room, the pool, the global impression
Nice facilities and right in the heart of Whistler Village
Front desk could not find our reservation, since their internet was down, I could not pull up confirmation on my phone. We were told to go find a hot spot and come back. We did, we found our confirmation, but it was a Booking.com number so they could not help us. Finally, an hour later, we were directed to a manager who made everything right. We could have saved a lot of time and grief if the first desk receptionist had cared enough to direct us to a manager to begin with.
Location Friendly staff Nice view Very clean linens
It felt huge and soulless. Everything looked cheap, starting with the hotel decor, beaten up elevators, stained carpet on the hallways, funky smell in the room, not so clean carpet in the room, cheap furniture, the ugliest bathroom I have seen lately. The towels were beaten up and far from being nice and fluffy. The worst was the pool, water dirty and smelly, not to mention the jacuzzi, which made a grey foam when the jets were on. Overall, we were not happy and couldn't wait to leave the place. Next time we'll try Four Seasons or Fairmont. We expected more from Westin.
We stayed one night whilst visiting Whistler. Our first impressions were that it looked amazing. Once we got to our room though, we were blown away! The room was spacious and beautiful, the bathroom was fantastic. The beds were so high and soft. It was the best. The staff were brilliant, so helpful and friendly. I will definitely recommend and go back there again.
The inroom wifi fees.
A problem with a barking dog left alone in a nearby room was quickly and discretely dealt with.
should not charge for wifi - no else does. $30 for parking is too much I don't think the queen size was actually queen sized = smaller
The view from our balcony.
Price was a little steep.
nice pool, kitchen in room. polite staff. location next to gondola
cost to park cost for Wi-Fi small rooms
the staff, the pool
that my daughter's room wasn't ready for her and her eight month old
The view from my balcony was beautiful. The "green incentive" to redeem $5 coupons in hotel restaurants.
The hot water for the bath only went to slightly hot, and could not soak my sore back in a hot bath. There were not enough patio umbrellas by the pool. There was nothing "hypo allergenic" about my room, even though it was offered online. Cushions for chez lounges by the pool were quite beaten up. Everything was pricey. Should have a french press for coffee as well as coffee maker.
Location, pay per view movies, staff
No USB ports in the room, bathrooms small
the cleanliness was amazing.. it was a very refreshing hotel
The beds were very comfortable.
The hot tub closed at 10pm, it would be nice if it was open longer to enjoy after you get back from dinner.
Small shad.poo bottles
