7 West Motel

There were 4 deer outside our back window, convenient location big clean room, friendly staff.

Motel is a bit dated

no kleenex in room, no place to hang clothes and no dresser drawers

I know the room was a budget room, but it could have been much better. I won't be back.

Nice clean bathroom. microwave nice and warm

bedspread was dirty. sheets were creased(which does not matter)But they where a bad colour which made them look dirty.very noisy plumbing

Room was warm and quiet Bed very comfortable.

We had a nice secluded room, that was quiet and looked like an old house, that I would have been happy to live in. We had a queen size room and in it was a full kitchen. I was very happy with the room and will go there again.

very old matress that should be changed before we come back? The pillows would also need to be changed. This is in room 205. A few hooks to hang clothing would be useful on the bathroom door. A second waste basket near the table would help. Those are not big investments but would really be an improvment.

They ate trying to upgrade the rooms and ate doing a good job

The room stunk of stale cigarette smoke though it is a non-smoking room. I had to go to Walmart to buy baby powder, dryer sheets and room deodorizers so that I could sleep. The hotel is attached to a bar. The nonsmoking rooms have chairs and ashtrays outside where people were sitting with cans of beer and coffee, smoking their brains out thus the stink in the nonsmoking room. I won't stay there again

It was close to where I needed to go. However the beds on the 200 I stayed in 205 were very uncomfortabale!

The beds were horrible and it had a musty smell in the room when we checked in. But for the money it served our purpose.

It is a 1960's 1970's motel and, while I think the ownership is trying to make the best of it, it comes up short in many ways. There was a smell in the bathroom like a backed up drain but was explained as a natural well water smell. The tv did not work at first but a helpful desk clerk came to the room and showed us how to work it by using controls located on the side of the set since the remote sensor did not work. The wifi connection did not work and we were told it was Bell Telephones fault. Finally, the bedside lamp did not work. Luckily this was only a one nite stopover and the bed was comfortable so we got a good nites sleep.

Convenient location

Old facilities. No clothes closet. Had to pay full 3 day bill at time of check in - most hotels require payment only at time of check out.

The hotel was needed for a stop between two places while our band was on tour

The 7 West Motel was very reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions ect. As well as the fact that they allowed us to keep our 3 year old dog with us, we were charged a small fee which we gladly paid as long as we did not have to leave her in the car. Our room was not spotless but was adequetely clean. We were more than happy with our stay.

Very upset with the fact that there are no blackout curtains in room....the light during the night prevented us from having a better sleep
