That I am unable to live there full time.
The price was ridiculous deflated. The room should have been two to three times more than I paid. And then the because it was available, the owner upgraded my room to a luxury King suite with private balconey and spa washroom. It was enormous - it must have been 600 square feet. This is a one of a kind mansion - the miles of woodwork throughout every square inch of the house is all hand crafted done by the owner, a master carpenter, who also painted every stunning canvas in the house. Having a graduate degree in visual art, I know his talent is genius-level, and his work is undiscovered. He not only designed, cut, sanded, stained, inlayed, hung, nailed, every wood element in this enormous palatial mansion, it has been crafted with a brilliant sense of design and space. Although the house is new and contains every modern, luxury convenience, it feels historical, and the spaces feel sacred, like a cathedral. His wife decorated each room with exquisite simplicity and taste, the fabrics are gorgeous, everything is of the highest quality. The mansion was built for his family, but he injured himself during it's finishing, so they opened up their private home to the public to enjoy its magnificence. This hotel will not remain at these ridiculously low prices for long. It's a masterpiece.
