No hot tub
Great set-up and very close to Whistler Creekside Gondola. Good Parking and the Condo was well equipped. Nice to have a wood burning fireplace.
The beds needed upgrading to tempurpedic mattresses. They were sort of hard. But all in all the condo was great.
Location was great for the price and everything that it had to offer.
There was a hot tub was advertised in ad but it was not true for the resort we were in. We had to take our own garbage to the dump as they wont take it for us at the end of the trip.
Fully equipped kitchen. Heaps of room. Easy parking.
Locating managing agent's office to check-in was difficult (they had moved location but not notified us) Party goers coming home late at night created significant noise and disturbance.
The condo was spacious with a nice view.
Several months in advance of our stay, we wanted to cancel our reservation but were informed that a first night’s stay would be charged (completely unreasonable as the weekend in question was for Ironman Canada, an extra 5000 people were pouring to town that weekend alone booking would not be an issue for them). We waited and thought about it. We called back and were informed that now we would be charged the full booking amount as it was inside their “1 month minimum”, again completely unreasonable and outside industry standards of practice. The morning of our check-in, we called to confirm check-in time and were told to call back in an hour as they could not access their system. An hour later, we were told their office was moving locations and they could not tell us where to locate our keys until later, “call when you are 20 minutes outside Whistler”. Why couldn’t they take our number down? Why couldn’t they just pick a location and get organized? 20 minutes outside Whistler, we call again and are directed to the old office. We arrive and a staff member tells us the keys are not there. Another overhears us and confirms the keys are there… but the remaining paperwork is at the other location – we need to follow them. One staff member led us to the proper office to complete check-in, but they could not locate the documents we drove there for. The new staff who took our deposit could not confirm the transaction with a receipt or what it was used for (refunded later or used against the charge). When we were led to the other office, the staff drove straight through on a right turn only lane with no regard to our or others’ safety or others. When we raised this at the time of check-out, she came storming out from the back-office and began to argue rudely about the incident justifying her driving with "I know the roads like the back of my hand". She stormed off throwing her hands up in the air and stated: “I don't have to take this”.
Convenient, clean, spacious and well appointed. Everything needed is there.
No air conditioning; hard to sleep in a heat wave.
Well equiped unit with sauna and wood stove - perfect in winter!
Our Unit 52 wasn't easy to find. There were no signs showing the way. The trees in front of the livingroom window are very high, so it's quite dark inside the room. Because of an ant-problem there were several ant-traps in the rooms.
Free Wi-Fi and parking., close to the village.
firstly,it was creepy and dark with the wooden panels in the unit.It was very warm and worse upstairs,no air-con.the fans were inefficient for the 3 level unit. The windows-screens were old and falling apart. The smell of chlorine as we entered as there was a private hot-tub which was never used. The building was very old with rotten woods along the balcony and the entrance to the unit.Felt liked entering into a dump with renovations in other units.
location, cleanliness and facilities.
Very roomy lounge, everything we needed in the apartment. Comfy beds.
The property wasn't in Whistler village itself, so each visit entailed a short drive. Our apartment was up 2 sets of steps so a bit tricky with the suitcases.
Everything! Checking in was easy and great service. The accommodation was great, it felt private. Knowing that no one was coming in for housekeeping unless requested made us all feel very comfortable.
When checking out, the girl there took my keys and parking pass then answered the phone and ignored me! I had to get her attention to find out if that was all I had to do. That was rude. This is the only thing I didn't like.
Nice view from this unit. very clean and everything we needed was there. This unit had a private hot tub.
Some curtain blinds were missing and some windows were difficult to open.
Super clean, welcoming feeling through details like the way the towels were folded, etc. Kids loved the upper level and sauna. Set up of furniture was perfect. Loved little wood stove. Beautiful sun deck and view!
That I am not rich enough to do this more often.
Clean and convenient
Good location - easy drive to Creekside base area. Reasonable price. Good parking. Quiet area.
Couldn't access garbage drop-off. Combination did not work.
Very nice place to have some rest after the working week and to spend more time during vacation as in summer as well as on winter! There are a lot of excellent lakes and mountains around.
Everything!! Wanna go back very soon
I can't say anything
The've got to go and clean rooms, and was comfortable. To the slopes were close and in about 10 minutes on foot. I was able to stay around calmly in a quiet environment.
I wanted single bed is four. But, it was not only three There on top of the hill the location, movement and of with the luggage was hard. Located on a lake front office is different from the Accommodation, you did not confusing
