The view and location.
Size, tiny and a few things not working. Parking was somewhat confusing.
Overall the hotel was in a good location and good value for the money. Cleaning lady noticed my 9 yr old daughter didn't have her own child size robe and took the initiative to order and deliver one to us without us asking, Nice touch
parking charge was high-especially since we did not move the car for 2 days and so were charged almost $60. Would be nice to offer hotel guests a more decent daily fee on parking.
The fireplace and sitting room area.
The Murphy bed mattress wasn't great.
In a word - everything! Enjoyed my stay immensely. Forgot my phone charger, but they have chargers for rent at the front desk.
I didn't know that a studio suite had a Murphy bed compared to a real bed. The Murphy bed was still really comfortable. I just prefer a traditional bed.
Downtown in the prime location, where the ski lift are based, scenic summer or winter, saw a bear on the bike tracks mid-day. Easy location to get around town.
Perfect location great price very nice staff very clean
Very slow internet
Location spectacular right in village Fire place in room
Pullout so uncomfortable..had no sleep.parking expensive. General car park way too far from hotel. Got lost and it was very dark.
Very Calm, clean, Nice Staff
- On arriving the Front Door person did not offer to help with bags but offered trolley. - Gym was very poor and limited for a Pan Pacific Hotel
On a 3 week trip and stayed in an upper floor studio with a Murphy bed. Much thought given to comfort - very well appointed, comfortable, great housekeeping, quiet, convenient, helpful staff - best hotel on our trip.
Not always the strongest WiFi connection.
the pub in the hotel coffee in the room kitchenette location
value for money, location and accessibility, quality of room, quality of spa, friendliness of front desk staff
Cleaning staff was out of sync...tried to come in to clean our room very early in the morning and we hadn't left yet. Then did not return all day until we had returned again. The room did not get cleaned while we were there.
My room is located at mountain side. I could look wonderful ski run, however now in summer.
Very friendly, helpful front desk staff. Beautiful room and perfect location
I liked that we were right in the village
No valet service available
Irish pub, good staff,location
Very comfortableand spacious and excellent location. Great hot tub. Convenient location.
breakfast is very expensive
The size and comfort of the suite
The balconies were very small and the mountain view was actually dominated by the gondola and lift facilities and the busyness around them. There was also a lot of noise and dust from building work being done next door and on the downhill mountain bike track. We were all troubled by the music from downstairs. The hotel did agree to move us as a result of this
Loved the one bedroomed apartment which contained all that we needed. Enjoyed breakfast in our room bought and made by ourselves, If we had been there longer may have eaten in more often. Loved The Irish pup lunch time and evening, the food was wholesome but not toooo much which we found was the case in many Canadian Restaurants. The staff throughout we're very friendly and most helpful and in the bar they were most charming, respectful , professional and fun.
Sorry we were not there earlier to enjoy snow in the village. Not your fault will come earlier next time!!!
Excellent location, right in front of the slopes and gondola. Pool and hot tub outside gives you exotic feel(snow and hot tub, yea!). Having a fireplace in a room kind of cool and comfy.
Room is too small. When we open our pulout sofa , there is no room at all. Very limited TV channel line up. Parking is not free even for a guests . Way too much taxes, and I consider a parking as an extra Tax.
One bedroom suites were quite nice with a great view of the Sunday night fire and ice show.
