Great location. Nice sized rooms with a full kitchen. The front desk staff are all friendly and will do anything to make your stay great. They have a free shuttle that will take you around the area.

Excellent hotel overall. Kitchen area very easy to use and well stocked with cooking gear. Excellent proximity to lifts, great starage for skis, great Irish bar on first floor, great hot tub. The list goes on. Hard to improve on all the great features this hotel has. Cleaning service is far above average for any hotel at any price.

Location, comfort and friendliness of staff

The staff was very freindly, helpful, and professional. The pool, hot tub, and steam room were very relaxing. Very good location! Easy access to mountain lifts, shopping and dining. Also we were able to enjoy a nice bottle of vine on the house, as a gift for spending our anniversary at the PPWM. Thanks!

We were hoping to enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony in the a.m, but were slighly dissapointed by the size of the balcony. Other than that everything else exceeded our expectations.

Murphy bed in Studio, should book a one bed suite and balcony too small to sit as there is only enough room for one chair. No bar service at pool.

I really disliked the card scanner to get into the parking area. And also to get up the elevator. I found very irritating to have to Swipe the card several times before it worked.

Location to the village, everything accesible, pool and hot tubs, steam room. Suite was really nice, with a great view.service was excellent. Staff went out of their way for anything that was needed. Everybody had a smile on their face and were friendly. Nothing bad at all.

I was looking for accommodation close to the ski lifts which this hotel was perfect. Everything was very nice at the hotel with helpful staff. Nice views even though I wasn't overlooking the ski area.

Only very minor negative was the cleaning staff must not have been told of my late check out and had two knocks on the door at about 11.30 and 11.45 am. This is only very minor. Bit more than 4 questions in this survey but I can understand the reasoning behind it.

Vallet needs some work. There's a few rooms that have Murphy beds. Try not to get one.

Excelent location. Staff friendly, nice and helpfull. The bedroom has full kitchen, with everything we need to cook. Free wifi internet. My husband loved the location as he could see the bikers coming down the trails. Everything was very comfortable and clean.
