Pinnacle Hotel Whistler    

It was affordable for what we needed. My favorite part was there was a nice hot tub in the room. BIG thumbs up for that!

It was a tad bit off the beat and path, but not bad.. Take note we also are with a 4.5 y/o.. And it was cold and windy that day.

I thought the staff was great - VERY helpful in regard to a number of things, particularly where to find things I was looking for (good dinner & breakfast spots, how to get to the lifts and which way to go to get coffee on the way, etc.). The facilities were nice - it would have been great to be a couple and have the lovely spa tub right there in the main room to enjoys each other's company with the fireplace, view, television handy, etc.

I was travelling between both the winter adventure and summer adventure seasons, so I relaxed in the room when not on the hill, mostly because there wasn't all that much going on in town. It was very relaxing without all the usual hustle and bustle of Winter Whistler going on actually :)

Room temperature. Far too hot and you couldn't turn down.

We had a large room with a sofa and a jacuzzi! Clean and comfortable, and in a good location. Very useful having a full kitchen to cook in.

Starting to look a little worn in the kitchen and bathroom.

In room facilities. Location. Value for money. In general we have enjoyed our staying.

Maintenace. Adi had problems with sink at bathroom. Repaired only after two days

We liked the double jacuzzi inside the room. The beds were comfortable and the tv was newer.

When we arrived they said they would call us when our room was ready and that didn't happen. The fireplace did not work, we called to get it fixed and when we got back it still had not been fixed. Some of the dishes in the cupboards were dirty.

The location is perfect for skiing in Whistler.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff and excellent location. It is way from the busiest streets...but close enough to them, only a couple of minutes walk. Well placed for shopping and dining as well as accessing the slopes. Well priced. Dog friendly.

Staff at front desk were great, very helpful. We showed up early on day of check in to ski and they checked us in hotel without even asking which was very nice. Also made dinner reservations for us and helped us to get around.

The full kitchen was fantastic, as well as the in-suite jacuzzi tub.

Location is good.servicev is perfect.and the facility is clean and new.

Gas fire, good size room , handy location to supermarket , bus and shopping

Young people arrive in weekends -lots of noise in hallways until 3.00am - happened twice on our trip - should close pool area earlier than 10.00pm - spas in room make a lot of noise when above room

Sorting out problems promptly. Fireplace Hot tub in room. Bathrobes Staff very helpfull.

1. Service was the best I've ever had 2. The room was really nice; fireplace, comfy bed, heaps of pillows, spa bath. couldn't fault the room at all. 3. the location was great literally seconds from the village 4. Quiet place to stay with amazing views of Whistler mountain 5. cleaning service was fantastic, everything regularly replaced. 6. Helpful bald man on night shift! Would love to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone, literally the best place i have ever stayed.

We had a hot tub in the room, which was very nice, the parking was secure (need a hotel key to get into/ out of it), about a 15 min walk to the chair lifts and the internet in the room was very good/ fast.

The price is a little spendy, but fair for the location.

Location and the views were amazing.

the heating system made a lot of noise, hence you needed to either sleep in the cold or not sleep at all as the noise would keep you awake all night.

we had a very relaxing experience at the hotel. The view is hilarious and the stuff so kind and nice.

The only things we would change is the direction of the refrigerator door at room 309 and changing the leaving hour from 1000 to 1200.

The room was impeccable, very quiet, nice value, very centric, lovely staff :)

Great big room with a fire place and beautiful view of snowy mountains from the window. Swimming pool and gym were good. Convenient shuttle bus service to Whistler village from in front of the hotel.

Gym equipment needs some maintenance. I wish they had free weights as "all in one" work station is a little inadequate. We did not get amenities refilled everyday and we still didn't get them after requesting to the house keeping.

Maintenance issues. Nicely renovated but one of the light didn't work, hair dryer half broken, ceiling fan falling off etc.
