This hotel is located within Jasper National Park, 200 meters from Maligne Rafting Adventures. The hotel offers a rooftop jacuzzi, 2 on-site restaurants, a pub and free Wi-Fi. The best thing was, that it was so close to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would book again. It would have been nice if there where breakfast included in the price.

I received an amazingly good deal over the internet. I usually do not stay in hotels this luxurious because they are too expensive. The room was great, the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is right across the street from the train station. It was a very nice experience. There was no downside to my stay.

It is just across the street from the train station. Our room had two queen sized beds, was quiet, and with a great view of the mountains. Breakfast can be taken in same building, not included in the price, but OK Jasper is a lovely town with European feel to it and the hotel is well-placed in the main area with lots of good restaurants all around. Excellent value.

The location - opposite bus terminal and hire car office. Overpriced for what was on offer. Room was located opposite ice machine - very noisy during the night as people accessed ice. Wifi unavailable in rooms had to use in foyer.

I stayed in room 307 the room is very clean. the bed was old and too soft, the room is nearby the road so it was noisy and the air con was old and noisy too.

The hottubs were very big and the roof top atmosphere very inviting. Central location with onsite pub and restaurant. The parking was awful. Had to park on the street and move the car every 2 hours. No mini fridge

The hot tub on the roof was amazing! I was happy that our room was not situated right above the bar. It's not that we didn't stay up late anyway, but it was nice to have the option of some peace and quiet if we wanted it. It's not really a complaint since we didn't have to deal with the noise, but I see how it could be an issue. In the future I would definitely stay again but I would request to not stay above the bar (just in case).

The hotel and rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. The fact that there is no smell of sigarette-smoke anywhere was refreshing. Other guests on the floor were very noisy, came in late and disturbed us by knocking on the door and running and laughing in the coprridor between 12 and 2 am

For Jaser in January street party the location cannot be beat you can just walk everywhere, its great! Love the wet sauna and elevated outdoor hot tubs- great view-again location is great.

Has a good location and seemed a little nicer than some of the other options. It also has two rooftop hot tubs The rooms had a funny smell and they didn't feel clean. There was also a consistent noise throughout the night; like a tapping sound.... The hot tubs were nice option but they also seemed dirty...

Hotel was close to everything!! Mere steps from shopping, restaurants, and lounges. The bed was too soft and had a lot of sharp feathers. Bedding and pillows were not comfortable.

The location and room amenities were 3 star. The walls were not as soundproof as I would like and bathroom noises from another floor were obvious and the drunken group in the room next door could easily be heard.

The rooftop hot tubs were very nice, good views and comfy beds. We were forced to store our snowboarding gear in lockers, but the lockers weren't big enough to fit our equipment as they were built for skis. We had them securely stored in padded bags, but still were not allowed to bring these to our room. We had to leave our boards in the basement (other choice being in our vehicle), and both options left us very uncomfortable. If you are coming to Jasper to snowboard, this is not the best choice of hotel unless you have a lock box for your vehicle. One staff member was quite inhospitable with regards to this issue.

The hot tubs on the roof top are amazing. So nice to sit outside in a hot tub while it was snowing and look out and see the mountains. My room key was demagnetized because of change in my pocket. Not a huge deal but annoying to have to go back down to the lobby
