I like everything， the staff are very proessional and helpful. Location is perfect and valued for money. Definitely will come back
Staff knowledge on locale. Clean, comfortable room. Central location.
Paying for parking. Paying for non-standard coffee, which tasted of nothing. Decor is a bit "brown" but assume that's to hide dirt marks from skiing season.
The property is in a fantastic location, right on the Village Stroll. Even though you are right in the thick of things, it is not noisy in the rooms. The beds are incredibly comfortable with wonderful duvets. The rooms were spotless and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Staff is friendly, courteous and always helpful.
The wifi to our room was a bit spotty. Although we didn't lose it completely, it was frequently weak. The elements on the stove didn't fit very well (sloped and elevated on one side); however, this didn't impede their function at all.
*The helpful staff *The tranquility compared with the rest of the resort *Great location *Parking onsite (pay) *The fireplace *The kitchen *The self service laundry (sad but a fact of life when travelling, you have to do laundry)
We stayed over a holiday weekend and unfortunately some (quite a few) guests couldn't control their kids at breakfast. We went down early the second day and it was a much better experience, very calm. This was not the hotel's fault and shouldn't put anyone off staying here.
Perfect location and good value for money. Excellent facility with the usue of both Pan Pacific hotels...bar, gym and pool area. Would definitely recommend it.
Located in the village. Short walk to all facilities. Very clean. Breakfast was good.
Air con a little noisy.
Its location, quality of accommodation
Breakfast quality could be improved
Beautiful hotel, perfect location and best of everything. Full kitchen and the complementary breakfast was excellent. !
Charged for parking, despite own parking area Bedside tables so small and cluttered no space to put anything Long way from Slopes
Great room Mattress on the bed was amazing Very friendly and helpful staff
Choice at breakfast was limited for our taste; a lot of 'sweet' items but fewer healthy options.
The kitchen facilities were excellent -- everything that you would need (micro, fridge, etc). Suite was quite and spacious
No restaurant on location. No options for room service.
The hotel was in a great location, just steps from the Village. The hotel had a nice pool, was very well maintained and comfortable. Overall, wonderful experience. The guest services staff was also nice and helpful.
Nothing, we hope to stay here again.
Friendly and very helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable and available hotel courtesy car made dining outside of Whistler easy and convenient.
Location, value, cleanliness, quality complimentary breakfast
Daily parking fee $28 too high
The people are very friendly!
great location, staff, room (we got an upgrade) and even secure bike storage
the breakfast was not up to the other standards...all carbs/no protein. parking is expensive but there is a free lot not far away
Beautiful Hotel - great breakfast - location perfect for activities. Will return in the future!
The staff was excellent in every way. The breakfast was completely awesome -- not having to go out to find breakfast was one reason we chose to book here, and it was above and beyond expectations.
The bed was too soft. The one of us with a delicate back had to sleep on the couch for firmness. Even the one who prefers a soft bed thought this bed was a bit too soft. (At home we have a Sleep Number bed, with one side at 95 and one side at 45.)
Very clean. The room was in great condition and the kitchen had all useful amenities.
The staff were rude and condescending. We received a noise complaint even though my girlfriend and I were asleep at 1am. I then got out of bed and waited a half hour as I was told someone was being sent up to my room. No one showed up. The following day we were accused of smoking marijuana in our room by a staff member. He was extremely accusatory, even after we offered for him to come look around. My girlfriend and I paid quite a bit to stay at what we thought would be a great hotel, yet the service we received was horrendous.
Hotel was great , friendly helpful staff , with great knowledge of their town and it's tourist activities . Spotlessly clean rooms , which had everything you could want or need provided !
Irish pub restaurant at the sister hotel Whistler Mountain wasn't very good .
The staff was very friendly and knowledgable about the area.
Breakfast was ok
Clean Quiet Location Continental breakfast included - not usually available at this high quality type of lodging
Parking was expensive and not included
Staff so friendly Upgrade when they found out it was our honeymoon and a bottle of champagne waiting for us Good buffet breakfast
Great spot, friendly and helpful staff, lockers for ski gear at the mountainside resort really convenient. Room good, kitchen well appointed.
Breakfast fine but not as good as other similarly priced hotels we have stayed at.
