Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre (惠斯特泛太平洋乡村中心酒店 _x000D_)  

The staff are so helpful and appear happy with their jobs. The room was very clean and nice. The pool and hot tub outstanding. The Breakfast is a nice bonus. The location in the village is always great. You always feel spoiled, staying in a pan pacific. We generally come to whistler once every year. We always stay in a Pan Pacific. Gotta admit- personal perference is the Pan Pacific Mountainside

We arrived early and in order to accomodate our early arrival we were given a room other than the room we were previously assigned to. Should have asked if the rooms had comparable views as we were on the main floor-no view. i was disappointed as this was a birthday gift that I had given to my good friend adn she had never stayed in a hotel of this level and had not been to Whistler in 14yrs.. View not so great from room-2202. Parking is on the expensive side but I am sure we will return again.

We were impressed from the moment we arrived. The reception staff were excellent, particularly Lisa and Ena. We were given an upgrade to a one bed suite which was lovely, very spacious, comfortable bed and nicely furnished. The location was perfect for shop, restaurants etc in the lower village. Enjoyed the continental breakfast.

The expensive undercover parking of $28 a day which was not user friendly. We stayed 2 nights.

Everything about the hotel was clean, warm, staff were so friendly, we had gotten engaged and when we mentioned this, a bottle of Champagne was delivered to our room. The Toiletry items were top notch Aveda products, the coffee was starbucks. the breakfast was delicious and fresh. Pool area was clean and beautiful.

Excellent location for night life, convenient for ski lifts too. Nice touches with free (good quality) drinks 4-5. Breakfasts great and varied and staff service superb.

Not sure if I oversaw the maid rinsing the toilet brush in the wash basin one day.

Checked in early. Our room was ready. Upgraded to a one bedroom suite. Had a balcony. Robes in room. Transferred our skis to and from the mountainside. Easy drop off and pick up of skis each day. Friendly and helpful staff. It was quiet and we slept well

Nothing! Our stay was perfect.

Great suite with everything we needed. Our teens loved the pool!

Bed was super comfortable.

I wished there were scrambled eggs in the breakfast buffet.

The staff were very helpful, it is a great location, very comfortable rooms, great value for the money.

To reach the spa you have to go through the lobby, this is a little uncomfortable, walking through in your robe....

High charges for parking

Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal, schöne saubere Zimmer (wir hatten eine kleine Suite mit Küche, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer (mit Gaskamin) und kleinem Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge), kostenloses und schnelles WLAN. Das inkludierte Frühstücksbuffet war für nordamerikanische Verhältnisse ebenfalls gut (frische Früchte, Müsli, Wurst Eier Käse, verschiedenen Kaffee- und Teesorten). Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man erreicht beide Liftstationen zu Fuss in ca 8-10min. Restaurants, Starbucks, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls alle bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Wer nicht unbedingt in der hoteleigenen Garage parken muss, der kann einfach einen Stock oberhalb der hoteleigenen Garage parken (dieser Teil ist öffentlich) und zieht sich ein 24h Ticket am Automaten und spart dabei ca. 10 CAD am Tag.
