Excellent location close to gondolas and shops. Staff friendly and would like to mention exceptional receptionist Andrew who went out of his way to make us happy.

Really like the short walk to the lifts, yet the inn was tucked away from noise and bustle. The design of the room was fun with the loft style.

Our sink backed up the first night. We reported it 4 times to the front desk. It was never fixed during our stay. Kitchen appliances were very outdated. Front desk staff were a bit passive during most encounters. TV was mounted in the wrong place (chimney). Couldn't watch TV from the couch. Had to sit at the kitchen table to watch TV.

Friends ended up getting a cheaper rate at the Westin (rate didn't seem as good as I thought it was) Staff/Service - Wanted to check in early was told that it should not be a problem they asked for my # at (10am) and let me know that they would call me as soon as the room was ready. By 3pm I never heard back so walked over and found out that the room had been ready for some time but I just never received a call. Locating the parking was a bit of a challenge once we did locate it we found out that we had not been given a pass to enter the parkade. Not a big deal but not the best way to start off the weekend. On check out day the team of cleaners ended up in my room at 10am (11am check out time) while I was still getting dressed in the bathroom after my shower. They seemed surprised to see me and let me know that they had thought I had already checked out. Not the best way to end the weekend.

The hotel is very close to the ski slopes and gondolas

Somebody was booked into the same hotel room as us and walked into our room at midnight.

Brit staff at front desk were excellent, very friendly, very helpful, very decent, quality people, very accommodating. Front lobby area warm and cosy. location very central. 10% off at Keg. Price was fairly reasonable compared to other hotels.

elevator worked off and on, needs replacing or repairing, probably needs something replacing (I am in construction)

Location, parking, hot tub, ski lock-up. I wish there was a fridge bit we used the patio- so I liked the patio!

No fridge, no pool, room was very hot, even with the thermostat off.

The room smelled like the inside of a greyhound bus.shame the balcony was closed for maintenance. Also slow elevator

Location, location, location! Staff extremely helpful & friendly. Also enjoyed exercise room & hydro spa.

The mechanics of the Murphy bed were a little clunky getting it up & down, but the bed itself was comfortable for sleeping.

Staff were excellent, particularly as my wife were was ill.

I did fill in a hotel comment sheet. One thing I forgot to mention was that someone has wedged paper behind the fire alarm on the third floor of Powder Lodge near the lift. We were in 307 . It may make the alarm inoperative !!! Hotel in need of a makeover to brighten it up and fix the dangerous eves over in in ramp.

Blankets and bedding are not comfy

Location, it's just a short walk to the base.

Noise, it's terrible. Walls are paper thin. Needs a referb also. Mountainside which is opposite is much better.

The proximity to the skiing facilities

No elevator, renos on going, no access to balconies... the place appears to be in constant state of disrepair....

Staff very friendly, great praise for Ceri in reception, very friendly and extremely helpful!!

Staff and customer service is great

The hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating for us with an 11 month old baby. We also liked staying in the studio which was very convenient to be able to cook our meals.

The pool changing room areas were a bit too basic.

Check in 4;02pm even 10mins earlier is good customer service, not later when you advertise 4:00pm check-in ...disappointed also noise in that complex travels, you can hear everything from floor above,,, I should have remembered this from years past when I stayed here!

Loved how big the room was and loved where it was located! Didn't need my car once, could walk anywhere! So convenient! Loved my stay

How short my stay was! And how expensive the rates are when deals are not on (deals don't happen frequently either; especially for this place!)

Good price, large rooms, clean, helpful staff, great location close to shops and chairlifts.

Was located in the central village just minutes from the Whistler/Blackcomb gondola's and was a very comfortable, spacious and clean room

Very noisy at night and hard to sleep. There was banging from other rooms all night both nights we were there
