The place was in the center of the village and very clean and nice, staff very friendly and helpful our keys did not work for the elevator from the parking. We had to pay for the Internet and also the parking was $21. for 1 night, even when we stayed it was off season.

Location Staff was very rude at check in. Lady reminded me at least 3 times that since it was a young group of girls we had to stop all noise at 10pm. Got to the point that she repeated herself so many times that another guest had to say "you can stop telling her that now she understands"

Great location to Whistler and Blackcomb lifts, very easy access. Room 201 - 3/28 to 3/31 We had an issue with the dresser in the loft, my 7yr old son opened the 3rd drawer and the entire dresser fell over, falling down the stairs on top of him, the plastic protector also came off. I reported this to the staff immediately as well as to the manager prior to us checking out. Please mount the dresser to the wall so it doesn't happen again. Thanks good my son did not get seriously injuried - just bruised on his arm.

Prime location; Good value for money; Helpful staff; Small kitchen and fridge in the room; Confortable beds; Heated pool and jacuzzi (nearby). No room service; Wood fireplace (gas would be more convenient); The heated pool/ jacuzzi are located in another property, across the street (but no big deal though).

The staff were friendly, the location is amazing, you're very close to the Gondolas! It's comfortable and whilst it is a little dated in decore who cares, it is clean, tidy and a great location with friendly, helpful staff! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to all of my friends. The room was great, it had a fridge, fully stocked cooking utensils and two cooktop elements + microwave + toaster etc. This saved us a lot of money because it meant we could eat in for breakfast, and other meals if we wanted to. I'm waiting on my preauthorisation to be refunded which I'm sure will happen. The only feedback is that the bathroom door is in an awkward position not leaving a whole lot of room to get in an out. But did it matter? Not at all...

I really liked the location of the hotel in the heart of Whistler Village and that there was on site parking available. The cabinets looked nice. Had to pay for parking. At $20/day it makes the stay even more expensive. I really did not like the set up of the queen loft suite. I found it extremely cramped. The stairs were sketchy to walk up and down especially at night to go to the lower level washroom. The finishings in the room were cheap looking, such as the closet doors, baseboards, etc. Needs a light in the big closet. I didn't like that there wasn't a pool, excercise room or hot tub on location.

Well located in Whistler Staff sent me to the wrong building at check in. Walked back over to the original building with my luggage. Stayed parking over at the 2nd building. When leaving again it was a pain in the ass, I walk in the snow with my luggage to get my car from the second building and my key would not work so a had to hike up a bunch stairs to go through the building past the desk to get to my car the room i had was a horrible design and layout. the entire facility needs a major renovation Bill Lloyd

It was very cosy. The only slight issue is that the pool and hot tub are not located in the main hotel, and there are no changing rooms when you arrive at the location where they are, so we had to change in a gym toilet, then walk outside with all of our possessions to the pool!

Rooms were nice and clean, beds were comfortable and decor was nice. Room was said to have a "kitchen", but had no microwave and only a mini fridge which could barely hold all our food and beers. -Our room wasnt ready to check into until 4pm! What kind of hotel has a 4pm check in time? -Hotel elevator was broken the first day, but the staff was kind of rude about it -you had to pay for wifi -the pool was at a different hotel

the location was good, the room was comfortable, the air conditioner was very good as the outside temperature was above 31 deg. C, that made human comforts pleasant. The TV was modern and the selection of programming was good. When making a reservation, parking costs, internet fees and condiments were not mentioned as extra costs. I was surprised when the final bill was calculated. I did not like the price of the room when the parking fees were added, also the internet as a complimentary should have been available. That was not mentioned on your website when making the booking. The charging for the internet today is not good business sense. I had no choice to pay the parking fees because if I didn't pay, I would be without accommodation that night because I had no where to park my car. I did not like being force to pay as I needed to park my vehicle regardless. The room was difficult to find as the room number direction was not indicated. The street outside of our 2nd story room was noisy in the early hours of the morning and left us restless.

The staff were friendly and the location was excellent. Breakfast was not served till late and the check out time was way too early. Whistler is a party town and many like to sleep in rather than get up and check out at 11. You should make it around 1 or 2.
