Loved the valet parking, and the fresh flowers....my daughter was impressed with the huge room and amenities. The friendliness of the staff was great as well...
Great room, great service. Comfy bed. Great price to stay overnight.
Breakfast buffet - you don't get good quality food for the price you pay. At $19 per person, I expect much more. Also, we thought of renting a movie in the room, but we changed our mind given the price of $18.
Proximity to Outlet Collection Niagara and easy access to highway. Nice touch with turndown service and chocolates. Relaxing heart-shaped spa tub. Great food and very attentive staff.
PC in business centre not working all the time. No USB port available as I had to print off a voucher and had to take it to front desk for fulfillment.
Everything. Bob was amazing.
Great location and nice rooms. The person at check out was very understanding about our complaint and removed the movie charge to try and compensate for the negative experience.
Our beverage fridge was not working so the person we called said they would have a small refrigerator delivered to the room. The gentleman who came was very rude and we could tell he was not happy from the moment he came to the door. Not what I expected from this resort based on previous stays.
Our waitress at the NPDA Christmas party was wonderful. A separate letter, along with her picture was sent to the restaurant at White Oaks.
Parking! Ended up walking what seemed a mile from my parking spot to the Inn. Very crowded parking lot. And to think I actually paid extra for parking??? If you are going to charge everyone a facility fee anyway, you need to incorporate this fee into the price of the room. To tag it on afterwards is dishonest.
Have stayed numerous times as everything I need for a few days off is perfect. Loved the room I had , clean, air conditioner quiet, coffee, Oh what a great bed. Didn't want to get up. Was such a treat being there when the world squash tournament was on. Got to watch. Thank you.
Staff were kind and helpful. I would go again. The atmosphere was relaxing and calm.
The staff was extremely helpful. We were just sorry we were not there long enough to enjoy more of the wonderful facilities.
We were visiting our daughter at Niagara College so the location was handy. The room was spacious and clean. Check in and out was easy and the staff were all very pleasant.
The lighting was very poor for trying to read in bed. The showers felt a little small. While appreciating the Keurig machines are very convenient for coffee they make terrible tea.
Location was good, and reception staff were friendly and efficient.
Security staff were not very courteous when dealing with an emergency that occurred during our stay ~ a taxi crashed into the front of the hotel. Perhaps some sensitivity training is in order.
Helpful and couriers staff. Nice rooms. The restaurant was good as well. I like how the company is green and thinks about the environment
The only thing that u didn't like was the fact it was a bit pricey for the amount t of time we stayed. But still reasonable enough I would come again
what's not to like. For 179 + several taxes/services very good service and amenities.
Very comfortable and clean
We paid for a 2 bedroom suite and were assigned a (1) bedroom suite! The staff insisted they were right but the pictures showed they were not. However, everyone at the hotel was so nice we let it all pass and tried to make the best of it. The room was comfortable for sure but we had trouble sleeping in the HARD bed.
The extra fees for hotel use and parking.
$300.00 per night for this facility was too much in my view
comfort & cleanliness
Location of the hotel was farther than we thought from downtown Niagara on the Lake. Also was told they had shuttle service. No service available!! They should provide shuttle service for their guests!
The atmosphere is inviting, the rooms are clean and the amenities provided are up to par.
Needs a buffet breakfast
The luxury suite was beautiful, the staff was attentive, thoughtful and very accommodating to us.
The location, although convenient for business events, being close to the highway, it was not very relaxing hearing the highway while sitting on the balcony or walking the grounds. The indoor pool was disappointing, full of kids. A separate pool for adults and perhaps an outdoor pool would have been lovely to spend the afternoon.
The resort was next to a highway and an outlet mall The picture was not accurate
The room size and bed was great
The shower was ridiculously small. Big room...tiny shower? This makes no sense.
15 minutes from Niagara on the lake to the old town.
Check in at 3pm room wasn't ready before .
-quiet country (a year ago) -treatment of customers of any level - nice and quiet -free room upgrade - bathroom suite
-mall across the street -paying a facility fee when we did not use the facility at all, we just came to sleep - did not offer a shuttle to concert this year (taxi was $35 each way)
